Hvac stopped working and after doing some research patricks was the only place in town that actually sells hvac parts to homeowners with very reasonable prices. I am very happy that i found this place and very happy to have our ac working again in this 100 degree heat. Life saver for sure and saved hundreds by doing it myself. Thanks again to the friendly staff there that helped me get the right part.

When I called and described what I was looking for they asked some key questions. Once they verified they had the part I needed in stock I was given a reasonable price and the item was held at the counter for my arrival.

Upon arrival a few more questions were asked and the counter person showed me how to hook up the new condenser motor (different wiring than the original). After the brief but through explanation I was on my way. Once back at the house I was able to install the motor and it worked like a champ. AC problem resolved on a 90° day.

Patrick hooked me up a blizzard was happening my furnace quit he had my part to me in a day and a half great people.

I had a problem with locating a factory replacement blower motor for my unit. Craig helped me find a suitable replacement for a much more reasonable cost. JW was also a great help when it came to the installation. All very knowledgeable and fantastic guys!

My furnace motor had completely quit working, and the staff at Patrick's were more than helpful in finding and supplying the parts I needed the same day. Beyond that, they explained the difference between my current motor and the new purchase, even searching for diagrams to show the difference in wiring and speed settings. These guys are amazing, and really showed their expertise and quality customer service throughout my visit. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family, and am so grateful to have found such a reputable supply house!

Horrible! Went in today looking for a pressure switch for my York furnace. The guy didn’t have the exact part so he sold me a “universal” part. Got home and took said part out of the bag only to find out it’s not universal. Had two large plugs for electric clips and my plugs is one big and one small. Called the guy to tell him he sold me the wrong part and he said he would sell me the right size clips for me to put on my furnace. Told him I just wanted to return it and he said the part is mine cause I opened the bag! I opened the bag on his word it was universal! He messed up not me! Wouldn’t give me my money back so I’m stuck with a $38 part that I can sit and stare at! I’ll never go there again!

I've used them twice, five years apart: once for a control board and the second time for a blower motor and fan. I couldn't be happier with the service and value.

I called them on the hunt for parts for my boiler. I worked with both JW and Kyle....not only did they save me hundreds of dollars. He knew what he was talking about from 1,000's of miles away. I got the right part...it came in less than a day even though they estimated the shipping at around 4 days (which even that I thought was great)! and my heat is up and running!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Great customer service, knowledgeable and treated me with respect!

The guys here were fantastic. Tested my old equipment, even gave me a demonstration on how to replace the parts. Everything was in stock same day in and out. Would highly recommend these folks.

This place had great review online and made it even better to walk in on a Saturday and have a list of equipment for my employees and the guy at the desk was very professional and nice. He asked me if I wanted to only have to buy the equipment once, I told him yes please! He headed off into the warehouse and came back with some boxes and said this will cost a bit more but the best equipment on the market. I took his word for it and headed back to the shop.
