Called asked for help with fixing AC.. rushed me off the phone, I sent a text and never got a response. As a business owner of 15 years.. I consider this HORRIBLE customer service call someone else!!

Terry Watson and his Team are very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted them regarding furnace issue that was shut down due to age – causing carbon monoxide to leak into the house. Terry responded to my inquiry at 9:00 at night and arranged to meet me the next morning to access the problem. He was able to replace the entire system that day. I would recommend Watson Heating and Cooling to anyone. I especially appreciate that Terry does not over promise. He most certainly over delivers.

GREAT TEAM! It seems that your A/C always goes out at the most inconvenient time or on the hottest days, The Watson Team of Terry and James responded very quick to our call for help when our existing heating and cooling person failed to remedy the situation. They were friendly, professional, did a quality job, explained every step of the way so we as homeowners understood the why and how, and all at a very reasonable price...we were extremely pleased and will go nowhere else in the future for our heating and air conditioning needs but Watson.

Great family-owned business. Had them do everything from recharging AC units to installing a furnace at my mothers house and everything in between. Professional, quality and value all top notch. Terry and his brother both great, great guys!

I highly recommend Watson Heating and Cooling but suggest calling in advance as they are very popular and are pretty booked up; this should tell you something.

I called Watson's late in the evening and they werecat my doorstep first thing the very next day. The service tech was super friendly, fast, and did a great job. I'm a fan of Watson's now!

These guys are the best. Affordable and friendly. Will never try to sell you something new when a cheaper fix will do just fine. For service at home or office, we always call Watson.
