Eric Kjelshus Energy Heating and Cooling

What used to be a reputable business that I utilized after moving to Lees Summit and has taken a major turn downhill. I've been stood up three different times now with no shows and this third time I am done being the one to call back and reschedule.

Eric is rude, made a pregnant women on bed rest cry!
I called Eric Kjelshus Energy...... We needed a rough-in quote for plumbing and hvac to finish off our basement. He walked around and quoted us around $70,000 for our 700 sq.ft. basement. I asked why it was so expensive, he stated because he wanted to do sheetrock, insulation too... I gently rephrased myself....we only needed the rough-in done of the Havc in the ceilings and a pipe run from the shower/tub combo to the existing drain 3 feet away. Eric said, ok,ok and walked upstairs to the front door, without another word and was gone!
Wow, I was so confused on what just happened??? Clearly he has issues.

Eric came to fix my homes electrical service. He explained what he was going to do. He answered all my question. Now my electrical service to my house is in perfect shape. He fixed the 200 amp service and made it work right.

incredible! he came, he went. he did a few extras to make sure we weren't to inconvenienced by needing our hot water replaced. Eric even was considerate enough to move it to a better location to give us a little more space in our laundry room.

Eric came to our house on a Saturday in no time at all and fixed our furnace on the spot. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs repair work done.

Even though I am an Air Conditioning Contractor with 20 years experience, a degree and numerous certifications Eric is my go to guy when I have a problem. His knowledge and experience is greatly appreciated.

He double billed us. Called repeatedly to try and get our money back. A short time later we got billed again! Called the bank and had the 3rd charge reversed, but never got our money back on the original double charge. It might have been an honest mistake on top of another honest mistake, but we will never know because he never bothered to call us back.

Eric always has the complete perspective and is my first choice when recommending relatives in Kansas City the best HVAC Contractor for all their needs.

Excellent service! They went above and beyond for a rather challenging job in my home. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me great advice on some other issues. I would definately recommend.
