Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling

I called Ideal Temp when I heard my furnace making some pretty funky noises in December of 2020. It turned out that I needed a new one. I also informed them that my hot water heater was on borrowed time. They worked with me on a wonderful packaged deal to replace both in a timely manner which was wonderful near the holidays. My purchase came with complimentary service to both the new items and my existing AC unit. The techs and installation folks have always been kind, professional, and able to relay the information to me in a way that I could understand. I’ve been especially happy with Caleb Baston who diagnosed the original furnace issue and has performed the service since installation. Ideal Temp is a great local company that I would recommend for any HVAC issues or concerns.

Matt has been great to work with and has been very professional throughout my project. He seems to know that good customer service, good work and follow up are keys to success. I have already referred co workers to him and they have been very happy.

The price is more reasonable than a lot of places, so I'm not sure where they make their money. Great customer service and professional people. On time and communication was well done. Respected my request to wear a mask. The other place I used to use was top notch in every respect, but the price gouging was insane. With this company, I got the excellent service and got so much more for so much less money. So you definitely get premium service without the premium price here. It helps when everything else has gone up so much in price. I can't find a single thing to improve on.

Matt came out on a Tuesday gave us a bid and got us approved for one of three best systems it was installed the following Monday. The installers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company for anyone’s needed. Thank you Ideal Temp you guys are AWESOME!!!!

Had a whole new hvac system installed about a year an a half ago and every experience with them has been great! From their salesmen to installers and the techs that come out bi annually just for service checks every single one of them has been nothing but professional and nice as can be!

Taylor was awesome! Came in asking the issues and concerns, explained all my options from cheap to expensive. Even gave me information on how old my units were, and what my options might be if I decide to repair them later.

Morgan walked me through everything in a very professional through and easily understandable way. He presented me with a lot of different options without ever pushing me towards any particular direction and helped me find the right solution for me and my family with our needs and budget.
