Excellent service! I was extremely impressed with this Company and it’s reputation. I got 5 estimates and Matt was the only one who sat down and explained everything. Everyone I’ve dealt with so far — Matt, Alex, and Kirk — have all been great. They worked beyond closing time so they could finish the job. And the equipment has been great. We haven’t had any issues. I would recommend Ideal Temps to anyone!

Ideal Temp was great from start to finish. They provided a thorough consultation and explained clearly what needed to be done to optimize the heating and cooling in our house. The install crew Caleb and Derrick were Amazing. They communicated with us throughout the install process and were very considerate of our dogs and home. Very impressed with the quality of the work! Alex and the gang came out to do a recheck of my A/C unit and did great! Came on time, checked everything, did any needed maintenance/cleaning needed, and cleaned up the work area. They installed new furnace and A/C during winter and everything is still working great!

3 years later, still the same result. They are very professional and efficient. Now that my HVAC is 5 years old, they've pointed out some additional maintenance that will help to extend the life of the equipment. Morgan took his time to explain everything, and sent me the quote via email so my husband and I could discuss. Ideal Temp continues to awesome work!

You never know what type of service you’ll get when you try a new company. Let’s just say how fortunate we feel to have found Ideal Temp. My call was answered on the first ring and after a few questions I got priority service on their schedule by getting one of their Ideal Service Plans. This gave my “front of the line service” which made me chuckle.

Within an hour they were at my home! They looked over the ac system, found the problem and gave me options to fix it.

I picked the best one with a 5 year service & warranty. They cleaned up my messy basement and offered to change the batteries on my smoke detectors too!

Overall it was 2 thumbs up. I now know who to trust! Thanks Matt! We will definitely tell our friends.

Had my heat go out overnight call them at 4 am answered right away they had a tech out first thing in the morning. Unfortunately my 30 year old furnace was done for, but they were able to hook me up with a new system. The price was reasonable price and they installed it the same day.

Morgan was very professional, nice, and was able to inform me of issues with the AC / heater. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan, so I got my first house call charge waived, which was a nice surprise. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

The person who took my call to set up service was very friendly and professional, seemed to appreciate my business and offered the best pricing of any of the 4 companies I checked with prior. The appointment was readily scheduled in a short time frame.
The technician, Tony Brown, was very prompt, personable, professional and very particular about his work. I would recommend this company and would use them again if I had the need.
