Drake fixed the wiring on the capacitor in minutes and was very pleasant even in the very hot day. He was prompt and good to explain the problem and how he fixed it. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

With my electric bills pretty high, I looked at getting an ac tune up and Ideal Temp had some good reviews and I see why. They were able to get me in same day and from first call to completion employees were patient and polite.

Caleb took the time to check everything out and write down recommendations. Upon completion he walked me through each option and the cost, without pushing me towards a specific option. He left his business card for when I reach a decision.

I called around 8am to try to set up an appointment on Saturday, but the earliest was an appointment for Monday. They called me back and got me in for later Saturday. Brantley showed up, was very professional, fixed the issue, and now we have A.C. again! Thank you so much!

I had my entire HVAC system fail in my home and Ideal temp picked up the challenge and sent Taylor Zwiener out to my house, and he fixed EVERYTHING that was wrong, installed everything PERFECTLY, and most importantly was on time!
This is the BEST company in the area for HVAC and i 10/10 recommend giving them a chance if you need repairs! Matt and Morgan were also very helpful over the phone and explained everything beautifully for me. Amazing prices and even better a family owned company! Also, their office manager Jasmine was very patient on the phone when i asked a million questions because i was unsure if i could afford it, but sure enough they made it work!

We had Matt at Ideal Temps install an entire heating cooling system at our house.

He was very personable, polite and professional in discussing all of our options.

His prices were competitive. He also had great financing options. We found the options that were right for us and his crew was out within the week to install the a/c and furnace system.

They installed the entire system in one day. Their workmanship was very professional. It looks great and works very well! I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done and how great it looks.

I can’t wait to enjoy my cool house this summer for the first time in a long time.

Taylor came out to the house for a AC repair. He was extremely professional and was very customer service oriented. He drew everything out and explained things as he went. He was very upfront with pricing and gave me several options to chose from for the repair. Everything was done very cleanly and in a timely manner. It was great that he was trying to do the repair the right way and not act as a salesperson trying to make a sale. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding my issues.

After a botched installation from another company, Luis from Ideal Temp came in and saved the day! I cannot express enough his level of professionalism, his attitude, his overall ability to deliver an amazing experience is incredible! He literally saved the day and he couldn't have been happier to do so!

Ideal Temp was great to work with! I was impressed with the quality of work that Kirk did along with the speed the job was completed. The bid for the job was by far the cheapest, and they started the next day. Overall my experience was great and I'm recommending them to everyone i know! They are awesome! Our heater went out and they contacted me back on a Sunday! They came out Tuesday and gave us estimates and took care of financing. They were out promptly Wednesday morning and our new heater and air conditioner(with a great combo deal) were installed by the afternoon. They kept the area clean, were very polite and helpful, and cleaned up everything! And a bonus 2 year maintenance program. We loved them and would highly recommend!
