Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling

As a f/u to make sure everything is still working good, Ideal Temp Heating and Cooling schedules a stop to make sure their repair done a month ago was working properly. Morgan has serviced my Trane AC before. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions.
Folks, I will be using this company on any future purchases!

My AC went out and I called Jasmine to ask for help. She worked on a dispatch and got Dre to my house next day!! A most "professional" technician that showed me exactly where my problem was and what he did to replace those items We are very pleased with Ideal Temp and Heating. They "explain" exactly what they are doing, results of tests and any future issues that need replaced in future. That's good fair service!

We called IdealTemp because an AC unit we had only just finished paying off from 9 months ago by a “reputable” local company blew up. They left the service call, basically telling us we were screwed, refusing to honor any warranty or set up any appointment to fix our lack of AC. Our furnace was 23 years old so we figured we’d get a new complete system through someone else, since patching various systems together may have been a factor in the blow up and prior install.

We met with Morgan, who is very knowledgeable and high caliber person, as was each of the installers. I could tell they actually care about their work. Each person had years+ of experience, and many had worked together for years. This alone says a lot about how they treat their employees and their business model.

I was with them when they ran into the existing HVAC vent broken off in the elbow through the concrete that vented up through the garage, which posed a carbon monoxide hazard. They consulted higher ups and priced options to either fix the vent shaft or alternatively upgrade the HVAC system and thirteen year old hot water tank to high efficiency units that vent out through the back of the basement for only slightly more than the cost of fixing the existing vent. You know which I chose!

They also solved my problem with the AC condensation draining causing a mess in a walkway and ran that drain outside!

Even though prices have risen dramatically this past year, and it cost more than it would have a year or two ago I have confidence in IdealTemp whose professionalism, knowledge, expertise and service went far beyond my expectations. I also purchased a maintenance package.

This is by far the best experience I have had with this type of service and my new units are working incredibly!

First time customer and love them already. So easy to work with! Dawn who scheduled our service was very responsive and Taylor our technician was fabulous. He explained everything to me that he was doing and gave me a lot of information about certain problems we were having. Will definitely be our HVAC company moving forward. Also a super great deal on AC tune-up!

My A/C wasn’t working. They came on time (actually fit me in early) and worked efficiently. The tech explained everything to me and the work was very reasonably priced. He prepared me for the worst case scenario and it turned out to not be the more expensive problem. I decided to sign up for seasonal maintenance with them. I recommend the company. Good, honest work.

Dawn the receptionist was so helpful and delightful. She even let my technician know I was running late! Taylor our technician was great! Very informative and helpful. Sadly we got bad news for our unit, but it’s also 12 years old, so we were kind of expecting it. He gave us a ton of options to assist with our issue and ensure we stay cool for many summers to come. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure that we understood exactly what he was seeing and what could happen. I would recommend this company to a family member or friend!!

They truly are involved with their customers and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality work. Top notch company and local. Very communicative and professional, gave different options with straight forward advice and recommendations.

Jack was the team technician. Very pleased with his work. Fixed the humidifier that was leaking. It has been about 2 hours now and all seems good. No leak!
