Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling

A/C went out with 100* temp outside. 7 year old system installed by another company. Technician called and was able to come earlier than expected. He did not have an easy time finding the issue, but wouldn’t give up, the owner even got involved to help figure out a crazy weird electrical issue that the last service company didn’t resolve. They could have charged me for equipment I didn’t need, but were honest and repair cost was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Ideal Temp! Brantley did a great job!!

Joe and Ethan where great today! Excellent workers and they know their stuff. Very clean install too. LOOKS GREAT! inside and outside! This company is great! they worked on Saturday for us and they didn't have to. They worked with us on pricing and got us a great deal on all new equipment. They left the house 30 mins ago and i can already tell the house is cooling down even faster than what they said! We had out AC and Furnace replaced with some of the higher perks of some of their better products and feel like it was a great choice.

I had never used ideal temp before, I found them on the internet and called them. Their ad said if you say you saw them on the internet you will not pay for a service call and the honored that plus gave me 10% off for being military. The technician that responded to my call was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable about his job. My problems were all corrected and I thought the bill was well within what I expected to pay. All I can saw is Ideal Temp and the technician Dee will be in my memory on my phone and if I or one of my kids or friends need help I will give them this name. And for those who run Ideal Temp Dre your technician is smart about his job and wonderful to work with.

Dre did a nice job and answered all my dumb questions. Didn't need much work, and Dre made a few suggestions to get better performance. The ONLY thing preventing a 5-star rating was the price. I totally understand that running a business is an expensive affair, and while the cost of the work was a bit on the high side, I'm happy that there was nothing horribly wrong. The motor run cap *does* need replacing, and Ideal's price to do so was somewhere around $300(!). I can buy an authentic Lennox cap for less than $50 and spend 10 minutes to replace it myself. $250 saved! No complaints with the tech...he knew his stuff and was pleasant as can be. Hope he gets a good chunk of that repair bill. Yes, I'd recommend Ideal for repairs and I'd call them again if needed, just don't expect to get off cheaply.

We called this company to repair our AC and get a quote for a new system. Morgan came out and was very professional and extremely informative. I didn't know much about HVAC systems, so his explanations of it in general, and about their products was very informative and helpful! We got all set up for a new system with a turn around time of ONE WEEK! We're so excited!

My experience with Ideal Temp was wonderful from the beginning. There was a scheduling conflict with the first appointment I scheduled but Jasmine kept me informed, called me back, got me back on the schedule and made sure that I was taken care of as soon as possible. Taylor and Jacob were WONDERFUL from the time they walked in my front door until the time they left. I had received conflicting information on whether my unit needed replaced from other companies who came to look. I felt like I was being taken advantage of by a larger company. Taylor and Jacob were thorough in explaining several issues that they saw with my aging unit. They even checked my attic, insulation and ductwork to make sure everything was good. They said it all looked great and didn't try to sell me things that weren't necessary! They did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not want to purchase. I was given SIX options to choose from for the replacement of my system. They never rushed through anything just to get to the next appointment. They spent a lot of time talking with me, getting to know me, answering any questions I had and giving me options to choose from. I felt very comfortable using this local company for my system replacement. They were even able to install the new system the same day! Ideal Temp cares about their customers and is very knowledgeable. Derrick and his partner (sorry forgot his name) did quick work on the install but again made sure I knew what they were doing, answered any questions and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase! Thank you Ideal Temp for making this single mom feel comfortable with a HUGE purchase! You made the process very easy!

Great people. The woman I originally talked with was professional and got me scheduled earlier than expected. Brentley came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I trusted him not to upsell us if it wasn't necessary. He even left and brought us back a window unit to help keep us cool until our new ac unit comes in. I will never use another company.
