Technician Andreas, very professional and thorough. Fixed problem fast and gave me different options if I wanted. Very pleased

We had two new heating and cooling systems installed which includes-new thermostats, duct cleaning….all the bells and whistles that accompany new systems. Everyone from start to finish was amazing and the install was seamless. I highly recommend and thank our good friends the Johnsons for their recommendation.

Another great experience with ideal temp. They did areoseal on our ducts. Duct leakage went from 24% to 3%. You can feel more cold air! also had a new humidifier installed! thanks to Morgan and joe again!

We have ordered a new furnace to be installed tomorrow (Dec 21). We had asked a different firm to do this but their bid and their survey were non professional. After Morgan from Ideal Temp spent time detailing his excellent background and experience we quickly selectef Ideal Temp

I bought a new furnace a couple of years ago from Ideal Temp and the unit has worked well. Included was 10 years of maintenance on heat, air and humidifier. I am disappointed that most of my appointments have had to be rescheduled. My furnace was installed when there was supply chain issues so a cold air return was installed that was different from was Ideal Temp usually uses. I am disappointed that they usually bring out the wrong filter. Each technician has said they will put in the notes so it will not happen again. I believe it was the owner that also said that it would be put in the notes because it is not one of their normally stocked filters. I hope by leaving these remarks that I can get the right filter in the future.

I called Ideal Temp and they had a tech person out to my house that same day. Dre was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Dre fixed my furnace and it is operating great. I highly recommend Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling.

We had Morgan(names are escaping my brain because I forgot to do it right away) & Cole were great. They got our system going for the season.

Update: We had Dre today, he made sure our system was ready for winter. We have been following our instructions, our system got a GREEN light for winter. TY Dre!!!
Taylor is AMAZING, he explains things on a level that unHVAC people can understand. Ideal always offers us different price options for repair which is very helpful. I will be a LOYAL customer for my lifetime. Taylor again is AMAZING, he found and repaired the leak and we SHALL be cold this summer and hopefully not pay a fortune to Evergy. Thank you Ideal Temp.
