Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling

My husband & I reached out to Ideal Temp recently to have a technician come and do a diagnostic on our HVAC system & with the issues at hand , we decided to just bite the bullet and replace our entire system . The day after the system was installed , it started making a really weird buzzing noise & we knew something wasn’t right . . .

Our system was installed on a Friday and so unfortunately when the problems arose Saturday morning , it was technically “after hours” and we contacted customer service but there was nothing they could really do . Fortunately enough for us , we happened to have our technician’s , who was Cole Hunter , phone number from the day he came to do the diagnostic a few days earlier , so I reached out to him as a last resort to try & get some help/answers .

We cannot say enough positive things about him!! The day of the diagnostic , he was super friendly and super informative throughout the entire process. It definitely wasn’t the most convenient situation for him either as my husband wasn’t able to be present during the diagnostic , but it was no problem because Cole went above & beyond to make sure my husband was included and had an understanding of the issues at hand by texting photographs of the units issues to my husband’s cellphone & making sure he was on the phone for all the important information!

Going even further than the diagnostic appointment , even though Cole wasn’t a part of the installation process , it was 2 other technicians , when I reached out to him , which was on a Saturday meaning he wasn’t on the clock & had no obligation to respond to me , he didn’t hesitate to call me and try and access what was going on & even offered to come check it over ASAP on his own personal time!!

Today , he came over & accessed the issue and once again was extremely friendly and kept apologizing for any inconvenience the buzzing noise may have caused us over the weekend & had the issue fixed super quickly !

Throughout the entire process , he has been extremely kind , caring & professional . We would definitely HIGHLY recommend him for any of your HVAC needs! 😊

Caleb (Service advisor) came to my house Friday
3-26-21 gave me some estimates on different systems. explained everything they would do, answered all my questions. The best thing was he wasn’t a salesman he was a good advisor and if you’ve had companies come to your house and give you estimates you know what I mean by salesman...
I took the weekend to go over the estimate I got from ideal Temp and Other companies. Call to Caleb Monday late morning discussed what system I wanted he had me talk to Matt (I think the owner) he was great discussed payment options I decided on one he sent me some information. The I called Matt back and changed my mind he said no problem and sent new info. Got that taken care of made an appointment for Friday 4-2-21.
Today 2 techs (Derek and Greg) showed up On time they walked me through everything they were going to do answered all the questions and concerns I had. Then they went to work. They were very respectful and did a good job Half the time I didn’t even know they were here. When they were done Derek walked me through everything showed me everything explain how to use everything including the fancy thermostat he installed. They cleaned up everything cleaner then when they got here LOL. Asked me if I had any more questions or concerns told me to have a good weekend and left.
That is my experience so far with Ideal Temp Heating And Cooling. I would recommend them to family and friends.

4-21-22 Update: I had Brantley come out today to perform service checks on AC and heater that came along with the installation of AC and heater he was on time dress professionally very nice and personable he was Quick and thorough. Brantley is a very good technician enjoyed having him at my house.

Andreas was extremely professional and very detailed on the required maintenance. Highly recommend and will be using them for all future HVAC needs! Thank you so much!

Cole Hunter is our tech on this service call. He did a diagnostic on our system found a number of issues. Explained the options(displaying a GREAT deal of patience) intimately sold us a system saving the day and our vacation 😁.

We woke up early on a Sunday morning to a cold house. I called Ideal at 7:30, by 8:15 Morgan was here diagnosing the problem. He had to make a quick run to the shop to get a new part, the furnace was fixed before 10:00. I can't say enough about this company or the young men that work there. Always pleasant, professional, and efficient. Thanks again Ideal!

Morgan and his team at Ideal Temp went above and beyond repairing my deteriorating furnace. Working with the manufacturer and warranty department they were able to provide a fair and affordable solution. Communication was above average and I felt like a person, not just a paycheck. They are my first choice for any HVAC work and I highly recommend the annual service plan. I'm a customer for life. Thank You Morgan!

Their office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. All of their technicians were polite, courteous and professional. They took time to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

What started as a maintenance call turned into a full system replacement (due to age of system, at no fault to Ideal Temp). They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Drey was here to do the maintenance on our system. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He has been here before and did a great job then and a great job this time. He is very personable and explains anything I don't understand. He is the best! His customer service is great! Awesome employee for Ideal.

Cole did an awesome job found an issue that he wants to double check and make sure it's not a problem. I appreciate this after spending what I have on the service.
