Ronan was professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything regarding my heating system to me. He seemed genuinely happy to work at Anton’s and let me know about the growth of the company.

My husband and I woke up to our heat being out on this nasty rainy day in Jan. Anton's sent out a repair guy within hours and was able to fix our unit. Shortly after they left, it went out again.
The crew at Antons is slammed right now, and I am greatful that they did all they could to come back out later in the evening. Both gentlemen where respectful and did a great job.

Dawon was the technician who installed our new gas water heater and he is amazing. Our 20-year-old water heater had become so noisy that we could hear it on the third floor. Since having the new one installed, I forgot we had one! It’s so quiet and running great.

George contacted me before he came and was on time. He ID the issue and quickly fixed it. He was polite and professional. He did a great job.

After Anton's made me feel ripped off, they have lost me as a customer. I used Anton's over a number of years since 1999. Mr. Anton retired and sold the company some years ago and the new owner has certainly made some changes.
My Lennox a/c was low on refrigerant. Lennox had a well-known lawsuit against them for leaking, faulty a/c coils. When the tech told me I was low, he recommended filling with new refrigerant ($400) and then searching for the leak ($425), total of $868. I told him it was highly likely that the leak was in the coil but he convinced me that I should spend the $425 to be sure. He told me that if I had to replace the coil, the new refrigerant would be recovered so I would not pay for it twice. He spent all of 3 minutes (literally) finding the leak in the coil - $425 flat fee regardless of time. Before I did all this, the tech estimated coil replacement would be $1,400-$1,800.
I was later quoted $2300 by the office for a new coil and new refrigerant (remember I just paid them over $400 for new refrigerant). I spoke to a supervisor who told me that they would charge me for new refrigerant because the old refrigerant might be contaminated. When I balked because I just paid them for new refrigerant, he said he might be able to give me some discount but he would not know until he actually did the job. He didn't seem to care at all that I was basing my decisions on what to do on what the tech told me.
I spent $30 on my own leak detector and I too found the leak in minutes. The supervisor told me Anton's moved to flat rate pricing so it didn't matter how long it took, the charge was the charge. There was no point in rehashing the fact that given that it was extremely likely that the coil was leaking, there was a very high chance that adding new refrigerant and searching for the leak for $868 was a complete waste of money. I trusted Anton's until that time which is why I agreed with the tech's suggested course of action, but that trust is completely gone.
As I was done getting screwed by Anton's, Goldkamp replaced the coil and added new refrigerant for $1,650.

Great customer service! Been using their service for years. They try and schedule the same technician to come and maintenance the equipment. From the technician, mine is Steve Meyer, to Heather and Lindsey who work in the office, you are given the most professional, courteous care!
