Anton’s did an excellent job. Ron, the HBAC tech was very professional. He explained everything that he did, answered all of our questions, and updated us on Anton’s. We got coupons and a brochure explaining all of the services. Oh, and Ron removed the wasp nest that was in the air conditioner!

Kevin Denton the project manager kept in contact every step up the way and made the process that much easier. He also explained other ways to help keep the system in running smoothly. I had a cracked water pipe on outside of the house. They were on time, friendly and gave me a good price as it was like a 30 minute job. I called another place that wanted to give me a quote over the phone without looking at the job and it was outrageous. I would use them again! Technicians were very friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Antons other than maybe their service is too good! Mike is an excellent AC/Furnace technician. This guy carefully documented his inspection of our systems with photographs, charts and graphics and then took the time to educate me about what I needed to correct in order to get the longest life from our furnaces and AC units. From the very first call to Anton’s you’ll witness their entire staff has the same passion about their business and customer support as Mike does. In my opinion, Anton’s has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced from ANY company in ANY industry! And, as a former Marketing Manager for Canon, I’m NOT exaggerating. Thank you Anton’s!

Every service visit with Antons is a pleasure. They cover routine maintenance on our systems and do a great job. I trust them in my home and trust their recommendations for preventative measures. I never feel pressured and when they leave I feel confident my systems are well managed!

Mike and Joe were earnest and determined to repair the furnace. Mike contacted the supervisor who specializes in Amanda products. They worked about 2 hours and settled on several repairs. I was impressed.
Suggestion: improve your communication system. The furnace shut down the evening before their visit. I understood that a dispatcher would be contacting me first thing in the morning. When this didn’t happen, I called again. The woman who answered was nice but took some time to find me in the system. No dispatcher. Someone would come sometime during the day. At 1:30 PM, I called still again. I got an apologetic answering service who could only email the office. The techs arrived after 2:00. Since I have a maintenance agreement and since the furnace is under warranty, I believe that I should be permitted to call a person with some authority who can address the issue immediately.

new to Anton's but the 2-3 visits I've had with them in my home, they are ultra conscious about wearing their footies and cleaning up after themselves, leaving everything clean. I've had pleasant chatter, science lessons on HVAC and water treatment conversations, overall feeling like the techs listen and hear my concerns and offer more than a canned answer. My equipment is new so I don't expect issues and I do feel that if I had an issue, I'd receive immediate support.

Anton's is great, they fit you in as quickly as they can, call to let you know the technician is on the way and text a photo of the tech so you know who is coming in your house. Ronan explained the issue and how to keep it from happening again, he is very personable and knows the business. So much appreciated!
