They sell high quality equipment (my current furnace and AC units were both purchased and installed through them) and provide outstanding service (their annual maintenance program is a great deal that keeps the equipment in top working order). We used Fresh Air to diagnose why our A/C unit was no longer cooling. They were extremely responsive and had a tech come out right away. This was particularly appreciated since it was a Friday evening and they were the only HVAC company to respond. Our tech Brad was very kind, professional, quickly diagnosed a Freon leak; he added more Freon and was on his way in no time. Problem effectively resolved! We were very impressed with Fresh Air’s service and won’t hesitate to use and refer them again!
