Fresh Air Heating & Cooling

Have had a great experience with Fresh Air so far as a 1st-time home owner with an HVAC. They have worked with me to try to maintain and make smaller repairs to an old unit (by my request) to create some further space between home purchase and full replacement. All 3 guys that have come out every 6 months or so have been helpful and professional and timely.

Technician Nick Roderique came to service our AC system. He was well mannered, professional, and very knowledgeable about his job. He took care of what needed to be done and gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done moving forward.

My AC went out over the weekend and i left a voice mail to contact me to schedule a repair. I got a call at 7:04 am and hey were here within 3 hours. So impressed in the responsiveness and professionalism.

Very happy with the work done which included the annual A/C service and the replacement of a part that was showing its age (to noisy). Nick was very professional, explained things well and completed the work on time.

I have a carrier furnace with a defect which is under warranty, and can be swapped out in half a day, so I anticipated labor costs of $800-1,200, but Fresh Air is quoting me $4,800 for labor. They are located 15 minutes away and putting in the exact same size furnace and trying to charge that much!
Buyer beware with this company!
