Best thermoking I've been to in my 46 years in the trucking industry. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very service oriented. My compressor locked up with a frozen load on and in 2 hours he had a new compressor on and running cooling my load back down. Again what a skilled mechanic. Wow .

FRUSTRATED!! That’s how I’ve felt the past two days. My APU went out in the middle of the night in south Louisiana and I had no air conditioning while I tried to sleep in a puddle of sweat. Thankfully I took my unit into thermo king here in Jackson Mississippi and had Palmer take care of me. I had an electrical issue and anyone who has ever worked mechanically on anything knows that electrical issues are the hardest problem to pinpoint and solve. I’m thankful for Palmer’s 30 years of experience at thermo king in which he was able to trace my problem down and get it solved. He was a knowledgeable mechanic with a professional and respectful attitude. I can’t say how much I really appreciate him.

Top notch shop. Friendly faces for a friendly place. Everyone at this shop is above par in knowledge and experience. Palmer, apu tech. Is beyond reproach. Prices are honest and fair. I will keep returning to this shop!!

Talk to these people told me to come on in when I arrived I was told we're not working on any more try packs for the day. Wasted my time stopping here when I asked why They wasn't going to work on it the employee said you have to talk to the service Manager he's at lunch be back in an hour.
So if you plan on getting something fixed don't stop here these people are very unprofessional

Garon helped us. Place was nice and easy for truckers. Even had a spot for us inside to sit. If your reefer is down definitely a great place to get help.
