Thermo King of Jackson

My reefer stopped working in Louisiana and I was going Eastbound. Headed for NYC. Found this Place South of Jackson Mississippi on a Saturday afternoon. They literally saved my rear end from a claim. I had a valve bursting and leaked all Freon. Unit stopped running. But Preston went out of his way and took care of it. Very professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thanks again Preston. By the way I finished with the load. 👍👍

Great place to get work done to your cooling system. These guys are experienced, every question I asked got answered without an attitude. I would give them my business in the future

Soon as I arrived kim the mechanic put me in a door and replaced alternator quick within an hour and I was on my way.great job great service give them guys a raise

Fast service. Got my fixed up while under load. Friendly people. Big guy at the counter didn't seem the friendliest but over all decent. I would definitely go back next time I have issues with my apu.

Fed Ex CC team- We stopped in for a low coolant alarm on our reefer unit and the staff had Preston jump on it right away! Preston quickly was able to assess that we had a slice in a coolant hose and promptly made the repair and got us back on the road! The whole team was friendly and professional.
Preston is a trusting professional in his field and made our day with his A + customer service attitude!

Everything he’s read on this review is true the people are very nice courtesy very friendly and they get right to work on your equipment prices are real reasonable I came in having a battery and alternator issue they found out what was wrong and he got it fixed and get me back on the road with no time this is a top-notch facility I think I will come here more often then going to the Thermo king in Tampa Florida thank you for get me back on the road

I cant speak for the whole shop, but Jackson (the tech) did me right. Had a after hour issue that the TK in Birmingham couldn't fix so I decided to try another shop. Im glad that I stoped here. Got my issue fixed and the price was more than fair. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the work that was done. Its hard finding good mechanics and techs out here on the road, so when I find one as good as him I have to let it be know. Thanks again!
