Tedo Woods Heat & AC

We purchased a new air conditioner for our home from Tedo. It is rare to run across a business that offers the highest quality PRODUCT and the most professional SERVICE, all at the lowest PRICE, but that's what we found in Tedo and his team. Thankfully we heard about Tedo from a friend. I hope this review can return the favor to someone else needing to replace an air conditioner.

Tedo has serviced the HVAC systems at our house and our rental house. We've been very pleased with his work each time. He provides prompt, professional, thorough, and honest service at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Tedo Woods Heating & Cooling for routine maintenance as well as system replacement. His crew recently replaced one of the HVAC systems at our house and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our experiences.

Tedo installed our Heating and AC in our new home this year. After a couple of months in the house, we noticed there were some rooms not cooling properly and some rooms that were cooling too much. I called Tedo and spoke with him. He asked me when would be good for him to come and regulate the air. He personally came to our house and regulated the air flow within minutes. My husband and I have been very pleased with the customer service and quality of the products Tedo has provided. We will definitely recommend him to anyone needing an "AC guy"

2/11/2019 - update - I recently experienced an issue with my HVAC thermostat. I called them. They promptly came out this morning and took care of everything. They are truly top notch in customer service and were so attentive and easy to talk to... very concerned that they take care of their customers.

I’ve now been a customer of theirs for 6 years and plan to be for many years to come.

Tedo repaired our old system for yrs. A wire here, a bolt there...we went along yrs. Remodeled and enclosed a back porch. Had to have ducts put in so decided to upgrade with a larger unit. Tedo gave us the best price and the best service. Will never use anyone else! Debbie Davis

So many people write reviews to post negative, I've decided since I've used Tedo for the last 8 years I would post 5 starts because there wasn't 6. For people that review a persons company on there driving or giving a 1 star because your experience wasn't perfect I challenge you to review yourself. Have you ever not used your blinker or cut a light to close. I wish I knew where you worked so I could publicly rate you!!!! Oh but most likely the 1 star people are not business owners. If so I'd be happy to find out so I can give an opinion with your company lol

I was so appreciative of Mr. Woods for fitting me into his busy schedule for an emergency repair. He fixed our unit and had great customer service. Truly thankful for his services and coming to our rescue during this unbearable Mississippi Heat!

Mr Wood's HVAC Service is as good as you will find in Jackson. He and his technicians know their business. Mr Woods built my custom system. Best money I've ever spent. Excellent.

I found Tedo on the Ruud website listed as a Pro Partner and decided to give them a call after a local AirGo franchise did me wrong in the past. Our unit had a low pressure sensor error code which Tedo quickly diagnosed as a dirty, possibly reused, filter dryer on the refrigerant line outside. I asked him to take a look around our system to see if there are other issues or improvements we could make to address a humidity issue in our home and he found that AirGo had oversized our unit and not put a large enough return duct in to feed the blower motor appropriately. We corrected the filter/drier a couple of days later since he didn't have one on the truck and his crew added a secondary return duct with a 4" larger trunk. We also added a new supply duct to the front of the house to address the hottest room on this trip. While the guys were in the attic adding the supply duct to the plenum they found mold growing inside the plenum casing and suggested that be replaced as well, which was probably because of the high humidity in the home the last few years. They returned the following Wednesday with a brand new plenum on the truck and got it swapped out while I was on my lunch break. The humidity in the house has dropped 10% so far and continues to come down a little with each passing day.

Tedo runs a great crew and I would recommend him for any HVAC service/installation needs you may have.

Called at 7:10 am to set up an appointment because heat was not working. Called and talked to Tedo and asked if someone would call so I could make sure someone was home. I asked when someone would be over and he said after lunch. Never received a phone call and was getting worried because I had not heard from anyone. Called and left a voice mail at 4pm for someone to call me. No one called me back. I then called from my work phone at 4:45pm. Tedo answered and said that he sent me a text (which I never got) when he was in my area, and said that it would have to be tomorrow till someone could come out. I told him that I said to call me, which he responded "a text is the same as making a phone call". Needless to say that I told him not to worry about coming over, and I would take my business somewhere else.
