I have been with-out a working AC for almost 3 weeks. I'm a customer of 2-10 Home Warranty, they use Climate King as on of their contractors for AC repair. Between both 2-10 and Climate King making wrong diagnoses and long part order delays and very poor customer service for both parties. I decided end my the wait and pay for my own unit. I contacted Comfort Design at 9:00 am, they man that I talked listened to my problem , said he would check some prices and get back to me. I was back in contact with him within the hour. He was able to find out the estimated time of arrival on my new compressor parts ordered by Climate King ( I could not even get a return call from them). Comfort Design was able to get the date ordered the date it would be shipped and the date the part would arrive adding 10 more days to having no air. I told them I would like to purchase a unit so I could get some AC. They installed my unit that afternoon. The technicians were fantastic very respectful and the price of my new carrier was cheaper that that offered to me through Climate King. Their customer service is outstanding and they care about people. I will use them for now on when it comes to any of my AC needs. I wish I would have just called them first and not 2-10 warranty or Climate King.

I am so happy I found this company! I have used them twice, so far. I called after hours on one of the hottest days of the summer and a technician was at my house in less than an hour. Repaired my A/C that evening and didn't charge an arm & a leg to come after hours. This will be my go to A/C company from now on.

Real, timely and honest. These folks got the job done right. No funny business just good old fashion straight forward work.

Employees need to focus on driving instead of almost causing accidents on Frontage Road.
