AVOID AT ALL COST! Did NOT fix my AC properly, the WORST Customer Service. Left me stranded over the hot weekend with an elderly parent with cardiac illness and long haired pets because they were "too busy" to come back and do the job correctly. The tech was rude, the 2nd tech I only spoke with on the phone was rude and couldn't care less. I'M DONE WITH THIS BUSINESS AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE WORK THEY DO.

My air conditioner went out mid-July. It was extremely hot, above 90 degrees. When no other HVAC company could service my air conditioner, Climate Masters came to my rescue. They fixed my problem the day I called and their price was very reasonable. Thank you Climate Masters.

It was an excellent service. They came long before the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, got parts delivered from their store and repaaired the system. One could not ask for more.

On 12/14/2020, Climate Masters removed my old HVAC and installed a new GOODMAN HVAC system in my home. Their technicians were very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Climate Masters for all HVAC service, repair, and complete system replacement.

They do not follow the scheduling appointment system at all. I called and scheduled a 2:00 appointment for the technician to come look at my A/C unit. 2:00 came and went so I called them back and they said it would be at least 3:30 before the tech got to me. Not cool at all.
