Raylon Martin was my technician today9/2/2020. He was very professional and informative. Raylon gave me a complete run down of the services he provided as well as informed me of the service agreement. He is a value to your company for sure. I will recommend Environmental Masters.

Tried to get an appointment set up for over 2 weeks. I called the office at least 4 times during that two weeks and no one seemed to remember me requesting service. I bet I gave out my number 8 times to at least 4 different people. They kept apologizing, yet no one ever called me back to set up an appointment.
