Climate Masters

We have used Climate Masters since we purchased our home. The time finally came around where we could repair parts of the system or just replace it. We decided to replace the entire system. The team sent (James/Terry) did a great job removing our old AC unit and furnace and installing our new components. * The customer service representatives are all wonderful and so easy to work with on any issue. * Jaime Foster, the service manager, is just as easy to talk with about any problems you are having or potential upgrades you may be considering. I have been very satisfied using them for almost 10 years now and have nothing but good things to say about the company, the employees, and their work.

I called today and Tommy, the service tech, came this afternoon. He checked my unit and my thermostat, and was informative and professional.
I recommend Climate Masters. We have been with them for about 7 years and they always take care of business in a timely manner. Thank you for your help, Tommy, and Climate Masters.

I had no heat in the morning and I called Climate Masters. They got me in touch with the service man and he came out right away and got my unit heating again. Kyle was excellent and informative as to my heating issue. Thanks for the quick fast service!

Climate Masters and I have been doing the "keep my HVAC running, so I don't have to replace it anytime soon" dance for several years and with several houses. I promise you that the best money you will spend in any 12 months is on their twice yearly maintenance program. For the cost of cocktails and munchies at a really nice place or a few pedicures or some new hunting gear, you will have peace of mind and can identify more expensive issues, before they happen. I did have to call them recently, after hours, on a Saturday afternoon. Even though late in the day, they came out and quickly checked everything and handled the cranky problem. Which was not I! Although it could have been, as it was 96 degrees outside! However, the failing thermostat was replaced and I was able to enjoy my Tito's and tonic. I continue to be on the receiving end of exceptional customer service, with both their office staff and their technicians. A pleasure to deal with. I also want to send a shout out to whomever answers their phones after hours, as they were lovely when dealing with a stressed out senior citizen whose days of looking cute when perspiring are in her rear view mirror. There has been a significant mishap on my part and the home insurance company my family and I use for home repair. After talking with Climate Masters (MS Dollie) and her being as helpful as she could, I was finally able to get to the bottom of everything. I had AC technicians come to our home on the 23rd of June, 2021. The technicians messed with shotguns and rifles I had on the wall as well has opened my shotgun shells and bullets. My insurance company told me it was Climate Masters. So I called the number to tell them but went to voicemail. Upset and felt like I had my privacy violated, I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. So I posted what happened on the reviews for Climate Masters. Ms Dollie gave me her number asked me to call. So I did. After her doing a search, we both found out that they did NOT come out to our house. In fact it was Climate King. Without her help I would have never known that my insurance company had it wrong and I said all this about a company that never came to the house. Please except my deepest apologies for this mishap. Also thank you so very much for helping me get to the bottom of everything. Without your help I would have told everyone a lie. That is something I would never intentionally do. Again, I deeply apologize for this.

When I called to schedule service I relayed that I do not have a flexible job and would have to take time off work for the service appointment and considering this, first appointment of the day worked best. I waited a week in a hot home for an 8am service appointment and took time off work to be there. Nobody showed up at 8am. I called the business and very nice young lady apologized and told me that she would locate the service person for an update and call me back. 20 minutes later, no call back so I called for an update. Again, the young lady was very nice and literally said that she PROMISED me a service call between 7:30 and 8:00 the following day. AGAIN, I took an extra hour off work this morning only to get a call at 7:55 from the service person informing me that it would take him at least 20 minutes to get to my home. I explained that I had taken off work again today and had to be to work by 9:00 with a 15-20 minute drive to work. I canceled the service appointment. I'm the type of person who tries to always take time to give positive reviews (I just did this yesterday), but I was very disappointed with the way they handled this service call. Looks like I will continue in 90 degree heat with no Freon in my a/c until I can find someone dependable to help!

Great professional service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always highly responsive to customer needs. Today's interaction was with Judy and Larry. Keep them at all costs! They are both assets to your business.

Every time I have called Climate Masters they have responded quickly and been at my business within 2-3 hours of my placing the phone call. Even in the middle of July. Jamie serviced our account and he was both professional and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about him. He had our air conditioners up and running in no time at all. Thanks Jamie!!!!
