Climate Masters are number#1 on my list, actually I can’t wait till my unit dies for they can install a New Unit! And this is why, read below please! I wish I could say the name of the bad company.

My AC quit and I call one of the top ac companies in the Jackson area who had availability ASAP, they came and in 20 minutes I needed a new system! The selling campaign started! They wanted approximately 18k for a totally new complete system , ac only needed a capacitor but somehow my unit lost freon? I saw the gage when he connected and it was ok? But was asked to go inside my house to turn my breakers off and on, and yes the breaker was besides the unit. (I like to watch contractors but he got me) and after the capacitor change no Cool!, gage pressure was gone 😂, lost of Freon don’t kill a capacitor !! 100% scam! Because of Climate masters, my home has been cold for over a month! They added 1-2 pounds of freon and perfection!! The other company said I needed approximately 8 pounds at $300 per lbs, Be careful when you use contractors and have no idea what the problem is! Or how something works, they will take you. I got my money back! They charged approximately $400 for a $75 capacitor 😂 so I would agree to a New system!

Kevin was very professional, friendly, and informative. He found an issue with the A/C condenser on the maintenance inspection that would have been a problem when the hot summer weather got here . I have been using Climate Masters for over 30 years. Great company!

I have always had good luck with climate masters. I use this company to service 3 goodman units in our neighborhood clubhouse. They have always been honest and fair in there service and price. Recently our gas furnace would not start in our clubhouse. Climate masters came out and fixed the problem within 30 mins and even had the electronic board already on their truck. I also used them to install a high efficiency unit at our home. They did an excellent job on that installation also.

Update....had an issue at my residence with breaker tripping and called at 7:30. Tech was here at 8:00. Problem fixed 10 min later. Fix was simple run capacitor. Excellent service again!

Called and scheduled an appt. the receptionist was very polite and friendly and also had a technician come out the same day. Well the technician was Bo and when I tell you he has a good spirit and very friendly!!! This guy has an awesome personality and he knows his stuff. He serviced my ac units and was done in no time. His attitude is infectious and he is truly a blessing to be around. I give Climate Masters and BO 5 stars!!!!

Climate Masters installed our HVAC 13 years ago. They have serviced us every since. We recently needed a quick turnaround on a home inspection. They came the next day. Bo was the service tech and he treated us like family. He assessed everything on the list, fixed the things that needed fixing and provided evidence of compliance on the others. Great service. Great company.

The service technician arrived in less than 30 minutes & did an excellent job repairing the heat & air conditioning!! He was professional, friendly, & an excellent technician! Michael was good to work with and got the system cooling again. The problem returned later in the night, called when they opened the next morning. Larry came by 10am. He was great! Very thorough and professional, narrowed the problem to the fan motor. Installed a new one and instructed to monitor for a day to be sure it solved the problem before being billed. System is better than it’s been in years. The best service I ever remember getting. An 11 on a 10 point scale. THANKS guys!
