Air South is reliable, dependable and do the job right! I am extremely please with their maintenance plan. My AC didn’t work and I called at 10pm and they were out the next morning ! Praise the lord Jesus Christ

Our heat went out on a Saturday leaving us cold and AirSouth were the only place that were able to come help us on the weekend. They came out on a Sunday and identified the problem and got the part ordered and the part was in faster than expected and they came out and fixed it the following Tuesday. While fixing it they found a potential problem that would cause the ac to not work in the future and were able to fix it during thr same call, thus avoiding summer with no ac and additional service call charges. Very happy with the customer service.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Our warranty company sent another contractor out to repair our furnace. After 4 visits not being able to fix it, the contractor recommended we replace it. The contractor submitted to our warranty company that there would be additional work to "bring it up to code". (Meaning $2100 out of our pocket) We contacted Air South for a second opinion. Evan was able to fix it in one trip. He went above and beyond. We cannot recommend Air South enough! Thank you!!

AirSouth had great customer service from Hollie who scheduled the service for same day to Evan who came for the repair. Evan was professional and friendly and had it fixed within an hour. Even took the time to explain what was wrong. Highly recommend this company.
