Had two new units installed back in December when it was super-cold. After a few hiccups, got the system up and running but because it was so cold, they couldn’t get the Freon right. So, now I needed the AC side and it wouldn’t cool. Mason and Daniel both came out, but again, it just wasn’t hot enough outside to detect the issue, but Mason found several other issues with the install and repaired them. Add Jacob to the list of outstanding technicians! There was still an issue with the AC side. As it turns out, there was some wiring outside that was originally installed backwards that only affected the AC side. Until it got hot and really humid, it was almost undetectable because the AC would work for a few minutes, but because the wires were backwards at the units outside, the units would freeze up quickly and stop cooling. Jacob figured it out and now I have two new units that heat, cool and draw down humidity like they should. I’m grateful for the diligence of these gentlemen and I’m finally comfortable in my home! Thank you so much!

The folks at Air south were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a twenty year old A/C system that needed replacement and we were dreading it. Air south made it as painless as anyone could, worked around our schedule, sent polite and knowledgeable folk to both quote and do the work. What a difference the new system is, we really shouldn't have waited as long as we did.

The techs that come out are always so good! They are polite and answer my questions no matter how many! The company is very responsive and go over and beyond to assist! FYI we have a Generac!
