Great folks to do business with. When your call is answered they are always friendly and helpful as are the service people. You are notified when the service person is on the way with a photograph so you know who to expect at your home or business and in my experience, ahead of schedule. From initial contact and consultation to installation and service they have been solid and I highly recommend AIRSOUTH.

After seeing an AirSouth Cooling and Heating add on the tv late Monday morning, I went online at 12:30 that afternoon to try to schedule a service call for the AC system hoping to find an available time before the end of the week. At 4:00 pm that day a technician knocked on our door. He checked out the system, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a repair service for Wednesday morning at 8:00 AM.
At 8:00 Wednesday morning, the technician was there to repair the unit. As he made the repairs, he kept me informed about what he was doing and how it would affect the performance of the unit.

In the commercial, the reference to customer service is one of the things that stood out to me. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, give these guys a chance to earn your trust just as they earned mine.

Mr. Tim was great! Fast service and very kind! He knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend Mr. Tim!!
