AirSouth Cooling and Heating

Very professional and experienced workers. The work was finished the same day. This is my second Air conditioner unit that I have purchased from Air South. Last year my downstairs unit went out and they replaced it for me. I love it!
This time it was the upstairs unit that went bad. The house was built in 1998 so it was well over time for some new ones. AIR SOUTH IS THE WAY TO GO IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT UPDATING!

Had to have my generac serviced and Jonathan was my service guy. Very professional. Kept me informed with every step. Checked the system itself not just the problem. Will make suggestions if anything is found. AirSouth service my HVAC system also. Awesome and very timely.

When it comes to cooling, this team is too cool! Always professional, prompt, and efficient. I always use this company for all of my heating and cooling needs. They even installed a new breaker box when needed. Jonathan , Jawaun, and Mike.....you guys are awesome!

Air South did an excellent job. I had a generator installed. professional people and affordable prices and worked with us all the way.

Landon E and his helper were Two of the best, most conscious and just all around excellent technicians I have had EVER!!!!!! They were prompt, knowledgeable and great technicians/installers. If I ever need anything in the heating, cooling, generator areas I would certainly recommend them. Also kudos should go to gage, the generator price quote person who accurately determined what we needed and arranged to have it done. My overall experience with everyone within this company from phone greeters to technicians was five star.

These young men were very professional and polite. Cleaned up after the work was finished. Explained how everything worked. Will recommend Air south to everyone.

We and AirSouth go back together many years all the way to when James was our very first tech to call on us. Today we were serviced by Austin K and let me say to you that y’all definitely have a keeper! He is by far one of the most polite, caring, and knowledgeable of what he is doing than any service tech that has walked through our doors. He is a pleasure to speak with, an excellent and attentive listener and has an infectious smile. Today he gave 120% to make sure job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Bottom line Austin is truly a golden asset and blessing to AirSouth!
