I met with Corbin this morning to analyze my a/c unit and advise me on what steps needed to be taken to either fix it or replace it. He was extremely professional, extremely polite and did a fantastic job taking care of me, scheduling our install and making sure I'm able to keep myself and my two sons cool for the rest of the time we occupy our home. Thank you guys so much for everything!

We had to have our entire HVAC system replaced and duct work completely redone. They got in done in a day and a half and were professional and great. We have two children under the age of 2 and they took great care to try and disrupt them as little as possible and get the job done as painlessly as possible for us and our babies to have air conditioning back running. I love that the company sends me a text with the name and a photo of the technician who will be coming to my house along with real time tracking of exactly when they will arrive. As a mother alone with two small children it makes me feel great and safe that they take the time to let me know this is the person who will be walking into your house. I would highly recommend them to anyone and personally will never use any other company for my heating and cooling services.

They replaced both of my HVAC systems. They also cleaned my ducts. They replaced both of my thermostats and assisted and educated me with downloading the app to us them.

We came home from vacation to find our thermostat at 85 degrees. Called their 24 hour hotline and they were very professional! Trent came the next morning as soon as possible and got to work! Extremely professional and explained everything!

Blaze installed a new air conditioner. Buying a new air conditioner unit was long overdue. This company price was higher than the other estimates I received but it was well worth it. Blaze and the other tech was professional and courtesy. I like the fact that they were able to install my unit within one day of coming out to my house. Orlando and his crew showed up on time and ready to get us cool again. They were very polite and professional and worked all day to get our old worn out system removed and replaced with a better one. They put down some material to walk on in the house to try to avoid tracking in and making a mess to clean up. Very pleased with the service we received from Airsouth! Adam went above and beyond to help when no one else would. He was dependable and honest and kept us informed about the timeline. We called for an emergency on a Sunday on a holiday and Adam still offered fair pricing! 10/10 would recommend Adam again. Give that man a raise!

Ryan showed up at the appointed time and worked very diligently to fix our issues. He explained the process and offered us The Total Care Club which he explained using simple terms.
