Everything about this company is tip top. An A one company. The best. My service man, Brandon, came on the Fourth of July, inspected and fixed my air conditioning on the spot for my family. Cannot say enough good things about how wonderful and fast and economical this. This saved me!

These guys are awesome. Gage B. came to give me an estimate on a mini split installation and never once oversold me and was very honest about what he would recommend. I’ve never had a bad experience ever with Air South. They even came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to fix our AC unit. Strongly recommend!!

They replaced the compressor for my AC unit. My husband has recently passed away and I knew that financially I could not afford to have it fixed. Everyone with AirSouth was so supportive and worked with me financially. So I am very grateful for everyone at AirSouth.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a company. Not only were they super nice on the phone to set up my appointment when my AC went out, the incredible nice, repairman called and was able to come early and I could track his location. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He fixed my AC within 15 min. Awesome, awesome, awesome! He was also kind and funny. Very knowledgeable.

Had an issue w/ communication and billing. Called after hours on the weekend to get some clarification about the bill that was not quite correct. After talking through it I was refunded the amount that was in question. This company always answers the phone, employees are very polite, and they are very responsive. Even though it was a tough pill for them to swallow I ADMIRE that they did what was right. I commend them for honoring their word and will continue to do business with them 100%. This company is the way to go. They are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and courteous people. They do the work in a timely manner and the clean up behind themselves and they put your furniture, if they have to move it, right back where it needs to be. I am a real person not a robot or something and I am very happy and satisfied with this company.

The technician was really kind and was a very hard worker. Very good at letting us know the process and steps he was taking to ensure our issue was taken care of. Very professional!
