AirSouth Cooling and Heating

Our mini splits are about 6 months old and AirSouth has been out here to "fix" them around 14 times. They've blocked me on Facebook and now will not return our calls or respond to our emails. These units continue to leak all over our house.

Yall just reworked the drains last week again.. Ashley was the one of the phone and said she wanted the owner to call her back and he still hasn't. I sent an email saying we have had enough and want these unreliable units off our property because they are destroying our house and property.

Ralph and the three other people on the crew arrived on time. They answered any questions my husband and I had. They took our old A/C unit, installed a new unit and thermostat, and cleaned all the ducts. I knew who was arriving, when, and was able to track them. With the tracking, I was able to ensure my dogs were put up before they got here. My husband and I are very pleased especially right before the heat starts.

Technician arrived on time and I was notified with a link for me to track their arrival and also a photo of the technician was provided. I really like that service. The technician team immediately went to work on the install and everything went well. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend AirSouth Cooling and Heating to all my friends and family.

I really appreciate the service that I received today, very professional team members working together to make our home safe. We had the Generac generator installed today and we’re very happy and pleased with Air South meeting all of our needs. Now if our power goes out, the generator automatically switches on. I was very impressed with the professionalism of AirSouth. The service tech and the installer were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The service tech came out on the 4th of July ( we called 5 other companies and none were taking calls that day). They didn’t even charge extra for service on a holiday.

The technician Ron was very detailed in his explanations of what was going on with my system. He provided pictures from my attic to show me as well & explained the issue. My unit has been cooling like new now. A good company & good customer service. All the ladies that answered my phone calls were great! Keep up the good work.

We were happy with services. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation of our central heating and air conditioning system. There was a discrepancy in the initial estimate with my son (he was going to do the installation and performed some of the preparations) who is very knowledgeable on installation costs. Ryan came out and was amazing. He explained everything so that I would completely understand. He was quick and even took time to listen to issues I had been having. He was also extremely polite and understanding with me asking a million questions. If you want honest, inexpensive, reliable, and professional, AirSouth is the place to call.

Love the idea of text notification when the tech is en route along with a picture ID as part of fraud prevention. This gives homeowner sufficient time to leave work and aware of who should be there.
Finally!!! No more guessing when to take off from work.
Service is Totally AWESOME both at the office & on site.

Jacob was our technician .He did an amazing job and is an amazing human along with being great at his job. Met him for first time today and he treated me as if I was family or if I known him a thousand years . My family and I were very pleased with service! Need more like Jacob
