Muse HVAC has been keeping my HVAC system running smoothly for about 4 years now. Their service technicians have always been very knowledgeable, very considerate, personable, and honest.

Muse has always responded quickly and got our air conditioning up and running. Living here in Mississippi a persons A/C is really critical to be running.

The team at Muse Heating & Air Conditioning was extremely helpful and professional through the entire ac replacement service. They made sure to go through all of my needs and answer all of my questions, and the team members were so friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a HVAC service.

Jeff Muse is a very dishonest person as he installed a used AC system at our Church as I paid for a NEW ONE. It went out and I called the manufacturer and verified it was USED. It went out and he LIED about everything. Do Not Trust this company!!!!!!! Just Remember they did this to a Church and warning to the Public. Know that what so ever seed you sow you will Reap the Harvest! Be Ware!!!

I had an entire system replaced and was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. The technicians were prepared and took pride in their work. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants a professional installation !

Installed 2- 4 ton Trane systems, great service, kept us informed throughout the install and even corrected some broken duct work in the attic. Highly recommend Jeff and his company.

So I guess my first comment got erase.. A Muse driver almost ran me off the rode.. When I reported this to the company I was told “they didn’t have time for me”. Worst customer service I ever experienced.. They will probably erase this comment too. And I will be back to write another..

The best service that I have ever received. They came when they said they would be here. Was told they would be here all day but was gone by 3 p.m. they replaced both systems. Upstairs and downstairs. Both heating and air. Very capable workers.
