My heater act as if it had a mind of it's own, it would come on for a few hours and then just stop working. One morning I got up and it would not come on at all. I called Mr. Jackson he came right on, did a process of illimitation to determine what was wrong with my unit. I thought I was going to need a new unit but he fixed my old unit, save me a few thousands and it runs like it brand new. I'm so grateful because it broke right before the freeze.
