Mr. Jackson has been heaven-sent! He has fixed my air conditioner all while dealing with my crazy schedule. He has allowed me to call him last minute and he still showed up when most people would have stopped answering their phones. The level of professionalism that he has shown each time he is contacted or come to the house has been great! His expertise in what he does shows in how well he communicates everything to his customers before he even starts the job. The excellent customer service that has been shown is something that we don’t see much of these days.
