The service provided by Schwantes was outstanding! The replacement of our failed furnace on one of the coldest days of the year, was done in an extremely timely and well-coordinated team effort. Everyone treated us in a professional manner from diagnosing the failure of the old furnace, selecting the appropriate new unit for our home, to the expert installation of the unit. Additionally, the follow-up services in the spring for the A/C unit and final completion was performed professionally as well. I scheduled a seasonal boiler tune up in a house we just moved into over the summer. Schwantes was recommended by a friend. I received a call before the appt. communicating the service tech, Joe L., was on the way and on time. Never having radiator heat before I was interested to learn from Joe about my system. Joe was courteous and professional. He encouraged me to learn more about my radiator system as he performed the tune-up and offered seasonal maintenance tips. I will continue to use them in the future and thank them for great service.

Mike provided a furnace inspection and tune-up. He explained what he looks at and adjustments he makes and even checked my filter to advise on when to inspect it next or replace. Thanks Mike, for answering my questions and being so personable.

Rock conducted an A/C evaluation. He arrived during the window of time I was provided. He came in and did evaluation quickly and efficiently. He provided multiple options. He called office so that we could get scheduled for an estimate quickly. The sales person came out that same afternoon. Sales person took shoes off before coming into the house :) We'll get quotes same day!

They were able to send someone out the day we called and he fixed the problem quickly.

I have a service plan with Schwantes. The service man was just here, promptly, on the early end of the window of time given me. Very neat, clean, fast, courteous service! Glad to have everything checked out, AC coils cleanee and received a report that our AC is ready to go before the next heat wave. Schwantes always contacts me on schedule every 6 months for AC, then heat 6 months later. They are always easy to work with and very accomodating.

In the peak of the summer heat season our 3-year-old AC unit failed. I was unable to reach the company that did the installation so I called Schwantes based on their great reviews. Tech, Rockney, arrived within a few hours and quickly identified the problem, and gave me several options to help me manage repair costs. Rockney also demonstrated maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly in the future. Exceptional service in every way. Highly recommended.

Great experience all around. I highly recommend Scott and the Schwantes team. We got a ductless heatpump installed on our 1920s home and couldn't be happier with the process, installation, and final result. From the initial consultation to the final install, Schwantes was efficient, responsive, and overall a pleasure to work with.

Our A/C went out and I called on Thursday for a service call, They scheduled a repair call for Friday. I was surprise at the quick service response and very happy.. They came within the stated time and quickly identified the problem. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and did the repair; excellent service. They quickly evicted the dead mice and got the cool air running. I asked them to clean the A/C unit (not originally scheduled) and they happily complied with the request. Great service!!
