We called Schwantes for a tune-up for our furnace. They were very easy to get a hold of, they came very promptly, were very professional and credible. It was seamless to process payment too. After our appointment we found out that they were running a sale on tune ups via a coupon in the mail--the technician had given us that sale price even though we hadn't presented the coupon. Overall seem very honest and a great local company.

Technician Chris diagnosed why the air exchanger was not operating and he completed a wiring repair after making a trip to a local hardware store to obtain a necessary part. His visit was
a complete success and he impressed me with his explanations.

Replaced our furnace in 2018 and came by today to fix a burner issue. Under warranty and didn't try to upsell services. Quick and professional. Technician 'Rock' was great.

Joe L. came to our home and performed the annual furnace inspection etc. Joe came on time, was very respectful, explained and answered all questions and went above and beyond and looked at a couple areas we had questions on. We have used Schwantes for 15 years and are always happy with their work and employees.

Mike arrived promptly. He explained what he was going to do and gave us a summary when finished. He left the area around the furnace as clean as it had been when he arrived. He was competent, friendly, polite, and efficient.

Furnace did not work. Had to call for emergency repair at 11:00PM. Joe responded and quickly diagnosed two problems and had the Furnace up and running quickly. Excellent service!!

Installed my unit in 2019 and this call in 2022 was just a routine seasonal checkup.
Mike happened to be part of the team that put the unit in three years ago. I like it when people come back who know their business very well. Thank you Jerry

Schwantes did a great job repairing our A/C. They were able to come out the next morning right at 8am and fix it. They were professional, super nice, and quick. They answered all my questions.....even the one when I repeated what was broken four times. I would 100% recommend them!

I had Chris from Schwantes do an annual heating tune up on our boiler. The team arrived during the scheduled time and took the time to answer our question. They did an excellent job and I look forward to seeing them again for future tune ups!
