We didn’t have an issue with our furnace but it hadn’t been inspected or tuned up for a while. Mike did a great job! On time and efficient. I’ll always trust my furnace to Schwantes.

Furnace broke down and they came out 1/2 hour later at regular price, diagnosed the problem, came back the next morning and made 2 repairs and purged the system. Explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I have a hydronic heating system and they know how to fix it as well as forced air. Great piece of mind. Will definitely use them all the time. Just be prepared to pay, they are not inexpensive.

Joe & Rock were at my door right on time. Both were friendly and ready to work. The tune-up was quick but thorough and a fair price. I received good information, was shown where there was a recommendation for a change, and wasn’t pressured to do anything immediately.

Excellent service. Our furnace had been on it's last leg for a few months. It started to go out during a nasty December cold snap. Schwantes had a service tech look at our furnace within 2 hours of calling. We ended up needing a new heating system that was installed a few hours later the same day! Very impressive company and team.

A/C went out yesterday evening. I called Schwantes this morning. Mike was here by 3pm. A/C fixed by 3:30. Excellent, fast and friendly service - what more can I ask?

Our furnace went out, and within an hour of our phone call to Schwantes, Mike showed up to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, after 24 years it was time for a new furnace. Scott Rude came over an hour later and gave us a quote. Very efficient and reasonable. Within a few hours after that, Pat showed up, removed the old furnace and replaced it with a new one. The whole process from start to finish took less than 8 hours. Dave Pearl showed up himself to ensure everything went smoothly. Couldn’t have had a better experience. If you need anything related to heating and air conditioning, I’d highly recommend Schwantes. An extremely professional group of people who provide a very personable service. Excellent overall!

Our overhead garage furnace wasn't lighting properly. I called and was able to get a technician out the next morning. He was there on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong and how he fixed the problem. Schwantes installed a new air conditioning system in our house a year ago, and we will definitely use their services again. Great family owned business with personal service.

Both service techs (repair & installation) were friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and all-around great! They treated my home with care, were prepared for the repair, and were finished quickly. Compared to the other HVAC company we had used upon moving into our Stillwater home, Schwantes went above-and-beyond. I will use them for all other services, installations, and repairs our aging boiler and radiator system will need. I was very impressed and equally grateful for the job they did! Thank you!

Joe & Chris came out to service our hot water heat and did an excellent job. They got to the house on time and got the repairs done in a short amount of time. They asked me to come down and look at the system, explained the repairs that were done and things to look for in the future since the system is fairly old. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing work done on their system.

Our AC wasn't working on a really hot day last week and Mike Rumpf came out on short notice. He did a great job, quickly fixed the problem and the price was reasonable!
