Our furnace/AC needed to be replaced on Christmas Day- Pat came to our house and worked late into the evening. He was very professional and provided wonderful service. We highly recommend!!! Much appreciated!

Had a great experience recently when our air conditioner wasn't working. I was expecting to have to replace the entire unit, but their technician Joe came out, quickly found the problem, fixed the issue, and offered some helpful information on how to avoid similar problems in the future. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I was able to get someone out to look at my A/C unit same day. Rockney arrived and determined the issue within minutes. He replaced the capacitor and made sure everything was in tip top shape! Very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful.

Sending a huge shout out to Joe from Schwantes. He was prompt, efficient, diagnosed the issue immediately and had me back up and running quickly. Nothing beats a warm home on a cold Minnesota morning. Thank you for being there and making the experience so pleasant. My regular furnace guy could not make it and recommended Schwantes - appreciated the referral and glad I used the team.

Mike arrived earlier than scheduled which was great for me! Performed a furnace tuneup. Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. Five stars all around! Will definitely call back for other services.

Our furnace went out unexpectedly last night on one of the coldest nights so far this season. I called Schwantes early in the morning and Joe came a lot quicker than expected, 2 hours after I initially called. He recognized the issue right away, explained to me what he was doing along the way, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He also gave me tips on how to maintain our furnace and what I will need to do for the future. I plan to use this company again. Joe was knowledgeable and great to work with. I didn't feel like I was being worked over like with some other technical service companies.

From the first contact with Joe, he had a great sense of humor, relieved some of the stress about having no heat!! He was a great guy to work with! Gave us some pointers on how to better run our furnace! Can’t recommend him highly enough, will definitely call Schwantes in the future.

I’m a repeat customer and couldn’t be happier with this company. Each time I’ve called them, they’ve been very prompt and have solved my issues, and for a reasonable rate. Technician Chris was especially helpful. Very thankful to have such a good local company available! When I need a new furnace, they’re the ONLY one I’ll use.

My mother is 88 years old and lives in her home. She has always used Schwantes for all her furnace needs. She called to have a safety/maintenance check and they came and said she needed a whole new furnace for $6,500. They said the plenum was cracked, but did not put a lock on it, or do any maintenance. I called another company for a second opinion (who was significantly cheaper), and they came and said the furnace was fine, and very clean. I would not recommend this company to service older adults who could be vulnerable.
