The installation team was punctual, efficient and informative. I completely understand my maintenance schedule and warrantee. Financing was a snap; no hidden fees there either. The Snelling professionals did an outstanding job installing our new gas boiler. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and expertly, left a very clean work area and showed us how to operating our heating system. The technician that came out to fix my furnace went above and beyond! He came and checked it out, didn’t have the part on him and they didn’t have it in stock, so he drive to another store to pick it up the same day. He came back and installed the part. He also showed me some things on my thermostat that I didn’t know. He practiced social distancing and wore a mask. The whole experience from start to finish was easy, professional, and priced right.

I called with some questions about a small job (to run new wiring for a thermostat) and was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jake took the time to answer all of my questions and help me figure out the right path to get my system running again (even when his answers may have pointed to a solution that wouldn’t require me to hire them at all). I also felt like my business was important to them, even though I was inquiring about a pretty small job (for which two other contractors never even returned my calls). These guys will be my first call next time.

Tried one other service that didn’t pan out. Snelling responded same day during an intensely busy time post heat wave. Got my parents 30 year old ac unit back and running within an hour. Basically a miracle as far as they are concerned. Couldn’t have been happier with our tech and the whole team. Five stars.

They were out really quick during one of our biggest cold spells in quite some time. The technician was super informational and we are sure we will finally start reaping the benefits of a high efficiency furnace!!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! June 2016: I was with a different company and they were always rude to deal with. I called the Snelling Co. (Snelling Heating, Cooling & Electrical) and was surprised at the difference from the moment they answered the phone. The lady that answered was very nice and informative. I ended up speaking with a manager for more service details and he explained everything to me. He suggested first that I clean the AC condenser unit outside. He pointed me to YouTube instructional videos too. He could have easily had me pay for a service call to do it - but he had the integrity to suggest I do it myself to see if that solved my problem with the AC struggling to cool. Well, I went outside and took off the cover panels and wow! It was very dirty, even after 3 yrs from last servicing. I hosed it down, its now clean, and is no longer trying to breathe through a stuffed-up nose so-to-speak. Again, they could have sent a tech out and charged me for this simple thing, but had the integrity to help me solve what turned out to be a simple issue on my own. They have earned my trust and loyalty! (and my referrals). I very highly recommend them!

9-1-16 Update: I had a T-Stat go bad on me after 4 years. Contacted Snelling Co. & they swapped it out no problems. Amazing customer service in an age where most companies don't care about anything but the current sale. I will definitely have them do my annual tune-ups.
