Great service. 2 years in a row during the coldest day of the year my old furnace (installed by an independent contractor) went out. They answered my call in reasonable time and got me going both times.
I just recently purchased new furnace and chose them to install it this time cause they can back me up as proven.
Install went great and fast. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I had Snelling come out to do a furnace check at my father’s home who passed away last year. The technician was Brandon, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I was so impressed with the service I received I came home and called to schedule a furnace check at my own home.

Installed several outlets and a sconce. Alex was amazing to work with.

Our Sales Rep, Jordan, came out to see us within a day of when we called to walk through and figure out the right setup for our home. He never tried to over sell us and was up front about everything. The installation crew did incredible work with both the furnace and air conditioner, walked us through the setup, and answered all the questions we had. The results the first night were immediately obvious.

We've already shared our story and experience with friends and can't recommend Jordan and rest of the crew highly enough.

I always like the excellent job Snelling electricians do, yet it is expensive—a $97 fee just to show up. I’m willing to pay their prices because I know they provide me with safe electrical work. I have worked with Alex and Chris, both of whom took my questions and concerns gracefully, providing me with no nonsense answers.

Snelling was recommended by a friend. They were professional from speaking to Jordan by phone to explain our issues, to booking appointment. Electrician Joe was sent to our home. Joe was professional, knowledgable , on time, and took time to answer our many questions. The work he performed were things we had wanted changed or repaired for a long time. I can't speak highly enough of this company and Jordan and Joe. We are 100% satisfied, would use them again, and that is rare to say when other companies have sent very Unprofessional folks to our home who didn't solve our issues and were rude and spent a long time trying to up-sell us. *Also, we had this work done during a global pandemic (Covid Virus) and felt 100% safe with Joe in our home. He never removed his personal protective equip. and was friendly and terrific!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks. They were going to service 2 furnaces along with the A/C if it were warm enough. They called 2 days before saying there were a lot of emergencies and needed to move the appointment. I figured a few days. They asked to move it out 2 weeks. This is more than an emergency service issue. I canceled completely. Contractors need to be reliable.

Snelling Heating Cooling and Electrical was amazingly responsive. On Monday morning I made a Tuesday appointment for central air conditioner repair. Mid-day on Monday I received a call saying they could move the appointment up and the tech could be at my house in a half hour - and he was! The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched a new part, installed it and I have cool indoor air once again.

The Snelling Company has been taking care of our heating and air conditioning needs for us for several years. They recently installed a new boiler system for us. The installer (Brayden) was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He walked us through the entire process step by step and followed up accordingly. I highly recommend the team at the Snelling Company.

Very impressed with how they came out and gave me an estimate and with in 1.5 weeks they had replaced my 30yr old A.C system . Very informative and thorough with what was going to be replaced and done. Plan to keep on using them. Very good and clean work done!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!
