Snelling Heating Cooling and Electrical

I called Snelling Heating Cooling and Electric based on the very good reviews that I read when looking for an electrician that could come to my home as soon as possible due to a socket that had burnt out (literally, burnt). I had someone at my home the very next morning. The electrician was extremely professional and explained everything that he did to fix the issue, what his opinion was that caused the issue and really set my mind at ease! He even graciously tolerated my dog, who is always excited to meet new people! I will definitely be using this company for future needs in heating, cooling and electric!

Great customer service! We were able to get an appointment right away. Service technician Matt was knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away. Deeper look at it confirmed he was right. He did a wonderful job of explaining the issue and gave us a good sense of how to proceed.

Snelling has been nothing but professional and reliable when dealing with our AC or thermostat issues. Courteous and friendly from the phone to get someone to our house and continued while giving us the best diagnosis and possible solutions to our challenges. Randy, Jake, and Jordan each displayed great attitudes and were very informative on any questions we had. Top notch!

Have done a lot of HVAC work for us over the years. Always had good folks working with us. We have a quirky house and it sometimes taken a bit of time to figure it and resolve the issue, but it always got done. Last visit was routine furnace tuneup but tech also helped us resolve another issue with our heating. Very pleased with his work

While my initial review of Snelling was positive, I'm disappointed at the follow-up. We were told that the the filter we had was too small, and asked if we would want someone else to come out to figure out what needs to be done so we can have a filter fit. We said yes, since we have a 5-year old and are getting kittens. He said he would put in a note and someone would contact us. It has been over a month now, and we have yet to receive the follow-up call about setting up an appointment for this.

Hands down the best service company I've ever worked with. I'm not easily impressed, but every time they come out, I feel the need to write them a rave review. They replaced our furnace and hot water heater in 2016, and they were consummate professionals. Today I called at 11am, because our A/C wasn't working in this awful heat. They had it fixed and working by 12:20, and only charged $250! I love these folks! I highly recommend their maintenance program!

Snelling Heating Cooling & Electrical installed a mini split AC system in my shop this week and I was very pleased with their service! Of course, I was searching for contractor during the the hottest May ever - and, Snelling Company was helpful and very prompt with communication even in this busy time.

I was shopping around and received multiple quotes from several companies. Snelling came in right in the middle - while also installing a top-of-the-line Mitsubishi unit. Plus, they had much better communication than other businesses.

They were even able to fit our install in almost a week earlier than initially quoted. It took less than two weeks from my first conversation till it was installed. (During a 90 degree May when everyone was scrambling to get their ACs in! I'd call that incredible!!)

Installation of furnace & AC was very professional & technicians were courteous. The salesman Jordan was very responsive & helpful when we needed to have warranty work done. He was patient & helped us contact Service. And the Service department fixed the AC problem. It took a while, but we appreciate the efforts.

We need a new outlet put in for a freezer we bought and some outlets reconfigured. From my inquiry call to getting the job done was very timely. I also asked for suggestions about future projects based on the current state of our electric panel and house setup. I always appreciate advice and trust this company and their employees. The electrician was very professional, knowledge and personable. Snelling is always the first company I call when I have heating, cooling and electrical needs.

Brandon, Jordan, and the whole team did a fantastic job getting a new furnace up and running when mine stopped working. I called at 8am, they had a tech out before 10am, and a new furnace installed and working by 3pm. They really went above and beyond trying to fix the old one and promptly install a new one to get me heat again. Additionally, they helped get the wifi and app set up after I spent 3 hours on the Honeywell's helpline with no answer. Very happy with their work!
