Snelling Heating Cooling and Electrical

We had to unexpectedly replace our furnace in November 2019. Bob Weber and team were prompt in the service call and took the time to ensure I fully understood all of my options before making a decision. The price was very competitive and the service was incredible. The installers did a great job problem solving a difficult set up and even came back out (at no charge) to fix a slight issue. I fully recommend Snelling Heating and Cooling.

Our air conditioner stopped working. I called Snelling and they quickly sent out a technician named Randy. Randy was very professional and polite. Randy told me I that I eventually needed to replace the whole unit. He checked the unit and told me that chipmunks had chewed through the wiring. He repaired the wiring and said he would have some sales people from Snelling contact us about a new unit. We were so happy with his professionalism that we asked him to do the annual maintenance to prepare our furnace for the heating season.

I reached out via email to Bob Webber at Snelling about replacing a water heater and received a phone call back within a couple hours. He asked some questions over the phone and scheduled a visit the following day. He had done a lot of work knowing what we needed replaced and what they could offer. He was able to replace our water heater for a much lower price than one of the big companies in the area. The crew was out to replace in 2 days and there was communication throughout the entire process. Wonderful service, great prices, friendly people. I would highly recommend Snellling for water heater replacement and we will be using them for other services in the future!

Matt from Snelling Heating and Electrical did a wonderful job for me. Matt was prompt and very professional. He diagnosed my furnace problem quickly, and ordered the needed part early on a Monday morning. We had planned on Wednesday installation. I had a surprise day off on Monday, and called the office. They got the part, and Matt squeezed my repair into his schedule on Monday. I am very grateful for his expertise and great customer service.

When calling for an appointment, the scheduler was very pleasant and able to schedule an appointment the next day.
Brandon, the service technician, was absolutely great. He performed maintenance, discussed any issues and recommendations with me. He knew his stuff!

Snelling Company followed up within an a couple hours of my call and I was able to relay my issue and get the technician sheduled to come within 48 hours of my initial call. The technician was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. The tech also recommended maintenance that I myself could do to ensure the HVAC system would operate more efficiently. The tech was friendly and is someone whom I would recommend to others needing heating and cooling repairs.

Snelling replaced my old boiler that was red tagged by inspection. The price was competitive and the service was extraordinary! From Bob who did sales down to the team that did the installation everything was top notch and really exceeded my expectations. It was definitely an expense that was painful, but I would recommend Snelling to anyone. Great job-five stars!!

I had a great experience with Bob at Snelling. He was very informative and professional. He did not pressure us at all and was straight forward with us. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was when they were installing the workers left my backdoor open and I was unaware (I was working from home and in another room) I have cats and thankfully they did not get out. When I informed Snelling to maybe just let the workers know to tell people when they are leaving doors open they brushed me off a little and said they workers are so busy they probably didn't realize I had cats. Whether or not they realized it I feel I should have been informed. But Other than that it is great company and we got 3 different estimates and overall quality and price snelling was the best. Highly recommended.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Tuesday of this week. A very inopportune time since it has been so hot.
The Snelling crew arrived this morning. Our thermostat read 89. We had both air conditioner and furnace installed since both were over 20 years old. We have used Snelling and Snelling before and have been very satisfied.
Can and two of his co-workers installed both furnace and air conditioner, removed all of the old and did an excellent
job. We are so very pleased with their work.

This is the 3rd time I've used Snelling for electric work, and the 2nd time Joe was my electrician. My experience all three times was outstanding. People were friendly, professional, did an excellent job and were very competitively priced
