Boehm Heating & Air Conditioning

Boehm installed our mini splits in our home and did a great job on a big, complicated system. We chose to work with them because they were much more affordable than other local companies and they had knowledge and experience working in our home for decades before we had purchased it. They were very polite and great to work with, were respectful of our kids and animals, were efficient and on-time, and cleaned up after themselves.

I just got a quote from the owner himself who came over to my home because it’s an older home and requires a personal touch to repipe. He gave me a great quote that I would be more than happy to go with because the other quote that I received from Hero Heating & Cooling was almost double the price of every other competitor including Boehm.

In my other home I’ve had Boehm install a new boiler and hot water storage tank connected to the boiler so I never run out of hot water. Also I had them zone that basement so now I have three zones.

I’m definitely going with Boehm because I know I can trust them to not rip me off and they do great work.

Jeff was great, honest, worked with me to get the best possible option for my budget and needs. Will definitely use them again !

I only have positive and very good things to say about Jeff Boehm and his crew. Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning has been in business since 1945 and their knowledge, experience and expertise really shows! Plus their employees are appropriately licensed. They sold me a Daiken furnace that was correctly sized for my condo's square footage and heating needs. The installation was done very professionally and efficiently. Jeff even made arrangements to continue the furnace installation while I left for a dental appointment. I highly recommend Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone's heating and cooling needs. Boehm Heating and Air Conditioning is a very well established family owned company that is a pleasure to do business with!!

I called Boehm because we had a radiator pipe that was leaking onto the drop ceiling in our basement. When I called and described the leaking pipe, I was told that only a couple of guys in their company replaced pipes and they didn't just come out, that a technician would need to come out first and verify what needed to be done. First availability for a technician was 3 weeks out. I scheduled it and 3 weeks later a guy came out. He did a minor repair to the boiler and a boiler inspection. Nice enough guy. He looked at the pipe and agreed that it needed to be replaced. He said that he would note that on his bill and he would personally mention it to the two guys as well and that if I didn't hear from them in a couple of days, to call the company.

A couple of days later, I called the company. I explained what had transpired and the person who answered said that the company was very, very busy and it would be 'a very long time' before the guys installing boilers (and the ones who would be able to replace the pipe) would be able to do anything for me. I said that that's why I had called over three weeks earlier, to get on their list and she replied that the three and a half weeks wouldn't have made any difference. She said she would 'red flag' it though and the guys who did that work would call me.

It's almost two weeks later and I have not heard anything from them. In the meantime, I called a competitor who came over within a couple of days, gave me a quote and replaced the pipe a week and a half after that.

Bought a house recently and one of our bedrooms did not have heat. Tom came out and figured out the problem (and with no charge!). Tom and his crew came out later to put in new ductwork and they did a fantastic job! Even beyond installing, he took the time to explain about our furnace and how we can maximize our heating and cooling. I absolutely 100% recommend Boehm Heating & AC - the entire staff are professional, nice, and extremely knowledgeable.

Dependable. Honest. Reliable. In 1988 my furnace went out. The wind chill was 50 below. Boehm arrived right away and found carbon monoxide readings. The next day they were back installing a new furnace in my 900 sq. ft Como home. Fast forward. I am a newer home and the furnace goes out on a winter evening. Jeff showed me my options and had a new furnace installed two days later. I am fortunate that we have a family, neighborhood business who is dependable, honest and reliable.

Excellent company and local! After taking about 8 bids, Boehm exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The owner is able to balance taking care of customers and his employees. One of my kids was exposed to Covid-19, I told the owner. He said he didn't want to even risk the chance of any of his employees being potentially exposed. Now that's a company that has its priorities in order. Keep up the excellent work team Boehm!

When my extremely old boiler broke down a few weeks before Christmas (in the middle of a cold snap, of course), I needed help I could trust, and quick! Boehm provided excellent service. Jeff Boehm made the time to come by as soon as he could, and within a few hours dropped a handwritten estimate for install on a new boiler on my front porch. Within the week, the whole family crew was out, setting me up with heating that worked far better than before. And when a few of my ancient radiator valves later leaked (they weren't used to have a boiler with real power!), Jeff came out to fix them right away. They also helped me set up an easy payment system to make the process as painless as possible. Boehm is affordable, professional, and provided a quality product I'm sure will last many years--I will not hesitate to call them again with any heating/cooling needs.
