Larry R was both excellent in his work but also in his education that he taught me. He coached me on the best ways to take care of our appliances. He provided a full service and also very friendly.

Arrived on time, friendly, and most importantly, undercut our other bids for a new furnace a/c by a few hundred/thousands! Also, finished up the install much faster than expected. We have a nice warm house now!

I wouldn't recommend them based on an recent experience with their billing dept. I had work done to install a humidifier in fall of last year and the technicians were great guys and professional to say the least. The big problem came after I paid the bill. I got a bill in Mid-April of this year and it was accompanied by a weird letter talking about how there were piles of invoices left in the office that they were trying to clear up. They attacked another $100 due statement for initial inspection before the work last year. I called the office and spoke with a Christine Gonday who immediately attacked me for using the word "strange" when describing her bill and proceeded to tell me at length about a company merger and how these things need to get sorted out. She never apologized, only attacked me further when I suggested that it was not the customers' responsibility to organize billing which she delivered some passive aggressive apologies "I am sorry to inconvenience YOU" and other such nonsense. One of the top 10 worst customer service moments I have yet experienced.

This is the third system I purchased from Ductworks and as with the other times the installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. Josh and Monte seems very knowledgeable and skillful.

Josh and Brady did a great job installing our new furnace - fast, efficient, cleaned everything up and went beyond to make sure everything was working. Great service and would highly recommend.
