Had a great experience with Duct Works. Josh, Monte, Kevin, Rhod and Christine were all great to work with. Super helpful, informative and their work was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend DuctWorks. The employees that installed my new furnace and ac unit were very professional and friendly. The company was flexible in working with me. They installed the furnace as soon as they could since it was winter and were patient in waiting for me to get approval from my HOA to install the new ac unit.

Type of work: Resized supply air ducts for proper operation, added new supply and return ducts to lower level of the house.

From quote to job completion, the staff of DuctWorks was very responsive and ready to answer any questions. Rhod from sales and Brady, Josh, Kevin and Monte the installation crew, did an excellent job.

During the quote process, Rhod was quick to answer questions, make changes to wording in the contract, and flexible in getting the job scheduled.

The installation crew was very professional and did a thorough job. They worked around many obstacles. From setup to cleanup, and they swept the whole floor in the lower level before leaving. They not only answered questions about what they were doing, but also stated why it was being done in a specific way. Very patient and understand team.

DuctWorks did a great job of installing our complete A/C replacement quickly and efficiently. Josh and Monte were our installers and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Highly Recommended.

Our AC went down overnight. Was lucky enough to have Rob come over to diagnose the issue same day.

Rob could’ve replaced the faulty part and be on his way no questions asked. However, he took the extra time to ensure no other issues remained. I don’t feel any shortcuts were made, and I was even ready to hand over payment prematurely.

Monte, Kevin, and Brady did a wonderful job installing our new furnace/airconditioner. They were very professional, pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after the work was done.

I just had both AC units replaced with appropriate coils replaced on the furnaces. Josh and Monte explained everything thoroughly, they were on time, considerate of our time and our home. Highly recommend them for HVAC work you may need in the future.
