The furnace shut off. It was -1 F, Groff’s Heating and Air Conditioning was here within an hour and fixed it!

In Jun 2017, I purchased Air Condition and Furnace for my renting property, and I did below review that time. I never had any technical issue, both units are working fine. Recently I had a need of invoice, I was not able to locate that invoice at my home. So, I contacted Groffs Heating & Air Conditioning for help. I was thinking it will be very challenge to get invoice because of 4+ years old installation. When I talked with them, they promised me to help. Next day, I received a text message with picture of my invoice. It was a surprise for me. Addition to that picture, they offered me if I need invoice in mail, and today I have received a mail with my invoice, no delay at all. I really appreciate Groffs Heating & Air Conditioning! Thank you!

I had to replace Air Conditioner and Furnace at my rental property. After comparing price with 4 vendors, Groffs’s price was cheaper with coupon. The installation was on time like a professional company. During installation, when I talked about any rebate program from Xcel Energy, he promised me that he will submit the rebate on behalf of me, even rebate was not included in the quote. Last week I received rebate check from Xcel Energy. Thank you for good work.

Got a quote from a competitor that was 2-6K more than Groff's no BS quote. Installation was seamless and we really like our new furnace, AC, and humidifier. Would definitely recommend this family owned small business!

I had Groff's install a new furnace and air at my rental property. Aaron came right out to look at my broken furnace and we came to the conclusion to install a new one. The installation process was fantastic. The guys laid down drop cloths to protect my flooring and did a great job cleaning up after the installation was complete. Thanks for a job well done guys

I filled out their online form requesting help late on a Friday night. Got a call back the same night, talked about my need of a recharge, and they scheduled service for the very next morning. Even though it wasn't an emergency. Very quick, and AC is running again.

Great service and locally owned business. If furnace or A/C have had issues since installation, they stop out and take a look at it right away without charging for a service call. Would highly recommend using as your HVAC service.

I had a new central air conditioner put in to replace an old failed unit. I contacted 3 companies for a quote and chose to go with Groff's Heating and Air. I am glad I did. It was nice to actually meet with the person who who be installing it and even more reassuring that he was the owner Aaron Groff. He seemed to be fair and honest. All went well and there were no surprise charges. He also used the Carrier Brand, so I feel like I got a quality product at a good price. Even better he is a licensed contractor and on the Xcel Energy Contractor list to get back the $150 rebate. He was also nice enough to do the paperwork for the warranty and rebate. Thanks Groff's Heating and Air!!
