We needed to replace our 42-year-old AC unit, and thought we may as well replace the old furnace and water heater at the same time. Ben gave us a lower estimate then the other 2 places we had out to the house, he took more time with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly and without making us feel ignorant about what his plans were. During the installations, he and his co-worker were professional, relaxed, worked out any “bumps” they found along the way. We also noticed they treated each other with respect and enjoyed what they were doing.

I was so impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable and dedicated to complete the AC install (even after an unexpected and time consuming problem arose) Ben and his apprentice were. And they had to work in the rain! Ben explained everything step by step to me so there were no hidden surprises in cost and timing. I also learned from him about the workings of my new system. He answered all of my many questions patiently (mechanics are alien to me) and in way I could grasp. I have become wary of businesses that sell or fix products based on negative past experiences but felt immediately that I could trust Ben which eliminated so much stress in purchasing a new AC unit. I needed someone to come out today - Christmas. Ben did a great job. He kept me informed to when he would be arriving. He was polite, answered all my questions, informed me ahead of time on upfront charge for Holiday. Told me what was wrong & made sure it was working fine before he left. Good customer service.

For anyone, like me, who feels uncomfortable getting this type of repair done in their home where you have no knowledge of HVAC and you are tentative to have strangers in your home for hours at a time, you do not have to worry with Harvey Mechanical. This team is so friendly, Ben never made me feel incompetent (which has happened to me in the past with other repair services) and everyone was so wonderful with my children and pets. I was in a rough spot on one of the hottest days of the year, I had just gotten a brand new puppy and the AC went out. We couldn’t find anyone that could help us, then we found Mr. Harvey’s number online. He showed up fast, fixed everything quickly and efficiently, never tried to hassle us on prices or anything. He was very professional and helpful. I can’t recommend him enough!

I recently had my furnace go out and was not too sure where to begin. I had a company look at my furnace initially and it was ok service and was quoted to replace the furnace a pretty high number. After shopping around I stumbled upon Harvey Mechanical and could tell right away this is definitely the company I was going to go with. They were able to get the same services and the same furnace for a better price. I could honestly not recommend a place more! This company is amazing, from their professionalism to their quality of work it does not get much better than this. They were able to get everything done inside of one day and they were very flexible with scheduling. Ben was very responsive, showed up on time, and had the tools and equipment to make the repairs needed -- no follow-up required. He explained everything and showed me the problem (failed part and a mouse nest) so I knew what I was paying for. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend!

It is always a joy to have these guys install or fix anything that needs it, they are fast, honest on pricing, and give tips on how to prolong the life of your heating and/or AC, even stuff you might not have realized. Plan to call them every time I need work done for me that they can do.
