    We are relatively new customers, and will definitely remain customers. They have worked on A/C, bathroom plumbing and sump pump issues for us. Their service is fast and the employees are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely five star service!

    My hot water heater went out over the weekend, I called Monday morning and was told they had a guy available shortly. The tech was here within 30 minutes of me calling AND got my hor water heater back in working mode in what seemed like no time at all! Super pleased! I will definitely call them again!

    Very disappointed with MH plumbing. We moved in our current home a little over a year ago. During our inspection it was noted that the air coming out of the vents was not cold enough (it was late summer at the time) and had recommended the AC be recharged with refrigerant. Wanting to move into a home with a functional AC, the previous owners had MH plumbing come. They said recharge was not necessary and performed basic maintenance. This is now in the fall of last year. Fast forward to the spring once it gets hot, we had not used our AC (since it was winter), and all of a sudden our AC can’t keep up with cooling, and the temps kept climbing in our house. I called MH plumbing back and they said they would come at some point, but let me know this could not fall under warranty because it was more than however many days their warranty is. I’m thinking, I did not touch the AC for 6 months, it does not work properly and that doesn’t fall under warranty?? Then I waited for 2 weeks, no one ever came from MH plumbing, nor did I ever get a call from them. Finally I called Laneys, they came within 2 days and fixed it. There went about $2000 that should have been taken care of before we moved in our home.

    Called them after waiting for a week for another company. They came the same day and diagnosed the problem which was with cities electrical box. They contacted the city for us and the problem was fixed. Wish we would have called them first considering we had no air with temps in the hundred degrees. Ryan was the technician and he stuck around until city showed up and was sure that it was the only problem. Highly recommend them!!!

    As a first-time home buyer in December 2014, I was very new to finding a plumber. I found out the previous owner had used Moorhead Plumbing and Heating. I needed work done on my furnace done within a couple of days of moving in. Moorhead Plumbing and Heating was very quick to fit me in their schedule and were very nice to work with. Then a couple days later, I needed assistance again with hooking up my new washer and dryer. Again, they scheduled me in very fast and fixed my issues quickly! As the years have gone on, I have had them do many, many different tasks in my home. They plumbed for a new dishwasher, they installed my new central air unit when mine died in the middle of the summer, they installed a new blower on the furnace, etc., etc. I would have zero issues leaving them to work in my home if I had to leave. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done and always recommend them to anyone who asks.

    I'm happy with the service we received from Moorhead Plumbing and Heating. We had lived with a slow drain on our washing machine and kitchen sink for a few years and finally called them and they came out the next business day. It took 1 hour to snake the drain and test it out and now it works great.

You won't find anyone with more knowledge and willingness to put the customer needs first. Answered on the first ring of an after hours emergency call. Knew exactly what the issue was and where to resolve it.

    20 below zero this morning; furnace decided it was to cold to heat my house, and this was how my phone call to Moorhead Plumbing went,

    “I need to schedule a service call. My furnace is not cooperating with me.”

    “ I’ll send Ryan out. Should be there yet this morning”

    They were able to come to my home on the same day I called. Their plumber was very knowledgeable, very friendly and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with their service!
