Excellent service from the initial inspection and estimate for replacement to the final installation and clean up. William was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took the time to pass on his expertise and explained my options in detail. The final cost was lower than competitors who offered so called discounts. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family needing any a/c service.

Had AC unit installed by Westlake Heating & Air Service. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They arrived on time and were pleasant as they were advising me of what all was going to be done. The work they did was better than I was expecting and they cleaned up after they were done leaving no mess.

Everything was easy. I knew I needed a new water heater and Westlake Heating & Air Service repairman showed me why I did. Within a week I had a new one. They answered my questions, showed me some parts I needed to know about. So far, all is working well. I will call them again when needed!
