These guys replaced my furnace the day after telling me my old one needed to be replaced. This was about a year after one of their techs performed a temporary fix on the old one in the middle of a cold snap, instead of just trying to sell me a new furnace like the first place I called. Great to work with all around.

Excellent experience! They replaced our old water heater and AC. Best prices, best warranty, quickest turnaround. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a new furnace in 2018 it has broken every winter on the coldest days and now with my dad on hospice the say that no one can come fix it until 6 am it says 24/7 emergency service in the winter. It’s 54 degrees in my parents house.

January 2nd wake up to an inside temp of 40 and 5 outside! Brrrr. Even though the website said they didn’t open until 8am, I called at 7:45. Cheerful guy answers, has a repairman here by 8:45, determined the part that was needed, left to pick it up and to cut to the chase, furnace back on by 10. I’ve recommended them before (new A/C unit a few years back), but wanted to say once again how great they are. Thank you Ray Welter!

Well I had an awesome experience with Welter Heating Company today! Our A/C went out on Sunday and I called Center Point only to find out they couldn't come out until WEDNESDAY between 8am and 4pm WOW!!! That's a BIG window and there was no way I was waiting until Wednesday! We have an older home with NO cross ventilation when windows are open so it never gets comfortable when it's hot. None of us slept well at all Sunday night. We got our A/C from Ray N. Welter so I thought I'm going to call them and see if they can come out before Wednesday! A nice lady answered and said Oh sure we can send someone out this afternoon. Yay!!! Then she said Oh wait (I could hear her talking to someone in the background) She said she could have someone out MONDAY morning!!!! Double YAY!! Greg was out at about 10:30am and it was a fairly simple fix and he explained everything to me and was so pleasant!! My house is cool! AND it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!! WIN!! WIN!! for us!! Thank you so much Ray N. Welter Heating Company!!! Thank you Greg!! I will be calling Welter again if I need A/C service and not Center Point!! and Thanks for the coupon to use in the future!!

Just had these guys out. They spent the time to find the problem with our HVAC system. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Gave so many helpful hints to keep our house running efficiently. And they were so nice! Highly recommend.

Bob M did a great job diagnosing and fixing the AC. He explained everything thorughly and gave me tips on how to get more out our system. Great job. Very pleased.

Warren couldn't have been nicer about arranging for a follow-up visit to address furnace humidifiers which were missed on the seasonal furnace tune-up. The tech who performed service was genuinely kind and informative about things I could watch for myself. J. Kunkel

Honest and very reliable! One of the few trustworthy companies in town. They dont scare people into buying new equipment and arent commission based like most other names in town. Hands down I would use them again!
