Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning

This company has been incredibly responsive. I needed a garage heater replaced and they provided a very competitive quote. After the installation when my heater appeared to not be generating very warm air a technician was at my house the next day and discovered the gas flow was low. He then corrected the issue, which appeared to be from the line and not their installation and all work was listed as under warranty. I would highly recommend to others.

This was the 3rd time using them for ac installation at 3 different locations. Lowest cost out of 3 bids, professional, work past city inspection. So far I believe the unit is matched correctly to my house. The last unit was under size and wasn't able to keep up. Would've given them 5 stars but they didn't clean up after they were done with the job. Tin cutting, wire insulation, debris and dust from drilling was left behind. I would suggest using a shop vac moving forward.

The name says it all with the Perfection Team! We were desperate for relief when our a/c unit went out in the hot summer heat. Erin provided exceptional customer service when we requested assistance and coordinated everything like a Pro. David was timely and communicated clearly with his initial assessment. My wife and I have had to replace two old furnace and AC systems in the past half year at two residences. Both times Perfection Heating was fast to respond in the cold weather, gave us competitive prices and quickly scheduled our replacement heating and AC systems. Both times Derek and Mike were the replacement crew and they were great -- friendly, careful to explain everything and got done when they said they would. We couldn't ask for better. I hope we never need another furnace but if we'll do, we'll call them.

The team at Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning amazed me yet again.
2 years ago, on the previous property I owned, Perfection was the only company that was willing to come out for a same-day estimate.
They did a fantastic job on that home and project.

I now purchased another home, and the air conditioning condenser was 30 years old and could not be repaired.
I called several companies, all of them could not come out to give me an estimate for 1 week, and the install would take place 2 weeks later.

So I gave the folks at Perfection Heating another call.
It was Friday around 5 pm, Jordan said he would be happy to come out for an estimate Saturday morning.
He came out for the estimate, had a very competitive price, and even said they could be there Monday afternoon to install.

Ray and Taylor were the installers. They were very efficient, even when the rain started pouring down. They even cleaned up after themselves, going as far as wiping their wet shoe prints off the back porch when I said it was no big deal, they wiped them up anyway.

I can always count on Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning to be Quick, Honest, Reasonably Priced, and Friendly.

I am also a professional home inspector, and will recommend Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning to my clients without hesitation!
