Murph's Plumbing & Heating

Murph's Plumbing just finished the plumbing and heating of our new house. Jim and his crew do outstanding work, show up when they say they will be there, and were the most dependable contractors on the build. There are a lot of highs and lows in building a new house, and Murph's Plumbing is definitely someone you would call again for any future plumbing jobs! Thanks Jim for a great job!

Called at 5:20 in the evening looking to fix a very backed up sewage drain as soon as I could get someone out, and received a text (not a call) back two hours later asking if we still needed help. I didn't see it because I was waiting for a phone call (I expect a professional to call back unless they've asked to text), so I messaged back twenty minutes later when I saw it and said yes we do. Never heard a word back from him even the next day, which was not only unprofessional but rude. I understand my message reply may have been too late to answer that night, but it's basic courtesy to at least call (or text, apparently) the next day to confirm if you can't take the job. Thankfully, after a call to Midway Sewer, they came out as soon as they could and quickly resolved my problem. I would recommend them any day.
